Congrats on your new store! The website looks elegant & majestic in general. However, regarding the store design, from my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to give you some suggestions to make the store more stunning and better convert.

1. Homepage

 

  • Invest on hero banner

The hero banner in the homepage is an important touchpoint to impress your customers when they first land on the site. The current banner may cause visitors to confuse in the first 5 seconds what products you are offering. Your current one is a bit confusing as the key products are not highlighted and also no heading or CTA button is included.

 

Also note to make it above the fold to improve the UX.

  • About Us Section

Visitors who land on your site for the first time might seek out who is behind the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.

  • Key USPs section with icons

Your current homepage lacks key information about products. It may increase the bouncing rate as users don't find important content they need. Helpful, easy-to-see benefits icons quickly introduce your products' unique selling points, giving a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.

  • Add announcement bar with countdown timer

I notice that currently you are running on a promotion, you can consider creating an announcement bar with prominent styling & color to attract visitors at their first glance. Also remember to add a countdown timer here for limited-time offers or flash sales to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions. Also make it sticky even when scrolling down.

2. Product page

  • Make ATC button & price information in prominent styling

It's important to highlight the key information like the price and call to action. Adding other styling like bold, italic, using different color and font size to the price and mouse over state for ATC button to make them more noticeable.

  • Testimonial section

Testimonials are an important touch point especially with first time visitors. I understand your store is new but you still should consider adding a section on your product page to showcase them. Remember to add customer avatars & star rating to increase authenticity to testimonials and the chance to convert.

  • Other tips

To make customers experience more interesting, you can try Picjam, a great tool that uses AI to generate stunning model images when you give it the product image.

  2. Ensure that all product descriptions are detailed and engaging. Highlight unique selling points and benefits to capture the interest of potential buyers.
  3. Speed is crucial for user experience and SEO. If your site takes longer than a few seconds to load, consider optimizing images and reducing unnecessary scripts.
  4. Ensure that your website is fully optimized for mobile devices, as a significant portion of e-commerce traffic comes from mobile users.
  5. Strong and clear CTAs can significantly impact conversion rates. Make sure your CTAs are prominent and compelling.
  6. Displaying customer reviews prominently can build trust and influence purchasing decisions. If you don't have reviews yet, consider offering incentives for customers to leave feedback.
  7. Simplify the checkout process as much as possible. A complicated or lengthy checkout can lead to cart abandonment.
  8. I recommend considering the Coupon Discount on Cart app to enhance your store's performance. Here’s how it can help:
    • By displaying available discounts directly on the cart page, you can encourage customers to complete their purchases, knowing they are getting the best possible deal.
    • The app makes it easy for customers to apply discounts, enhancing their shopping experience and increasing satisfaction.
    • When customers see that they can save money, they are more likely to proceed with their purchase, reducing cart abandonment rates.
    • The app allows you to set up automatic discounts, streamlining your promotional efforts and ensuring customers are always aware of current deals.
    • Gain valuable insights into how discounts are impacting your sales, helping you to refine your strategies and maximize effectiveness.

For the Size guide, having a detailed image showing where the measurements apply on the body would help customers understand better. When searching the keyword "gold bikini" on Google (which brings traffic to your site), your website did not appear in the top 100 results.

I found three of your competitor websites:
- https://www.odabash.com/
- https://lisamaree.co/
- https://vetchy.com/

They also use Shopify, and after comparing them with your site, I found:

1. Website Design: I think your website design looks great. However, after seeing your competitors' sites, I noticed that your site's color scheme is a bit plain.

2. Lack of Discount Information: Many clothing websites offer various discount information, which your site lacks.

3. No Customer Review Feature on Product Pages: Most e-commerce sites have this feature because many customers want to see real photos in the reviews, which are the most authentic.

- Competitor 1: DR 47, Backlinks 16.1K, Traffic 28.2K
- Competitor 2: DR 22, Backlinks 2.6K, Traffic 3.1K

Your website:
- DR 8, Backlinks 1.2K, Traffic 107

So, competition in the clothing category is quite intense.

Therefore, I suggest using two apps to achieve these improvements.
