We have been working on our store https://edmonds.love
We finally got it to a point where we are ready for some real feedback. Our main goals are to present a site which:
- looks beautiful and engaging with big bold images and establishes us as a lovable brand that spreads love
- Is easy to use: easy to navigate and find products, easy to find policies, easy to checkout
- Establishes confidence - you don't think "what is this fly by night brand". Looks professional.
- Converts sales - makes you want to buy, makes it easy to buy: what things might prevent conversion?
We recently switched to the boundless template and we still face some challenges on which we would love specific advice. The products and collections landing pages in the navigation are a listing of all products and all collections. We want to show specific collections controlled by us (currently our product categories are collections. for example, mugs is a "collection" and we would like it to show up on the products page as one of the product categories rather than all products in a massive list.
We are using a pop up to try to capture email/sms subscribers and would love feedback on that.
We are using a delivery estimator to estimate delivery promise.
What other tools or features should we use to help this site convert?

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.
Add a nice favicon which helps to find you when customers have multiple tabs in their browser.
Add Shop Now(CTA) on the Hero Banner.
There are no reviews on your products. Add Product review app, so that customer can review on your products.
Add Testimonials or Reviews on the Homepage, which helps in building trust with other visitors.
You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store which helps to increase your sales further. Improve your conversions by directly reaching those who close to your customers.
There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.
You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace, if you have any unique or Handmade product in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.
I just took a look at your store. Honestly, you have done a good job! It is beautiful and easy to use, I checked it on mobile and it works just fine. I think sales have more to do with your pricing and understanding of your target customers. I suggest also spending energy and resources in those areas. Here are some feedbacks on improving your store experience for your customers.
Add a Chat app;
A chat app will make it easier for your customers to contact you and ask any questions. It will also improve your store engagement and help get leads.
Add a Quickview/Quickshop feature
Having a Quickview/Quickshop option on your homepage and collection page will make it easier for your customers to view more of your products. When they are able to easily preview and read the product details without going to the product page, they are more likely to view more products and which in turn can increase their chances of making a purchase.
Most themes already have a quickview/quickshop option, you can check for this on your theme customizer and enable it.
Also, you can get the quickview/quickshop option for free when you install the Collections filter & Search bar by the Sobooster app.

It is a good idea to place a banner on the homepage that tells your customers exactly what they are looking for. You may add a separate banner for each of your product types
Your banner looks very good and matches your theme and product. Consider, however, adding a Shop Now button to your banner, which will take you directly to the relevant product page.
It is a good idea to have multiple slides on your banner (each should stay for around 5seconds) for each product type and have the CTA buttons for each slide redirect the customer to a different product page.
Use a star rating widget to let website visitors evaluate your business. They create standardization, allowing customers to compare different products easily. It also helps you get feedback about your products.
Customers read user reviews more than they read product descriptions. If they find that 50 other people have liked your product and have purchased from you, it helps your credibility and they feel safer buying from you. So try to add some reviews of your products and services to your homepage.
You will be surprised how much you can benefit from a chatbot. It can collect your necessary customer data, help you analyze which stuffs are trending or in more demand, and overall solve your problems by answering common questions so you won't have to.
I see that your store doesn’t have a Favicon. Having a favicon on your website is crucial. It makes your site recognizable on browser tabs, but it too gives a professional look to your website.
You should also add a Call-To-Action (CTA) or a Shop Now button to the banner, so that users can be redirected to the relevant product page, without much delay.

2.1 Add a secondary hover image on each product image:
I recommend you should add a secondary hover image. By adding secondary hover images on each product image, customers can see a different image of each product and this provides more information as a visual aspect for customers and this also helps them to compare different products in a collection.
2.2 Use Load more button instead of pagination
Generally, customers are discouraged from browsing more of the product list that has multiple pagination links (the number of pages) and they spend more time on the first page.
By using the Load more button, customers can compare products loading on one page. This helps to create a constant buying experience for customers and decrease the bounce rate.
3. Product page

3.1 Add more images of the human model
You can add images of the human model taking the product so customers can approximate the information such as length, overall fit.
To approximate the information such as overall fit, how it looks on their body, you need to provide images of the product being worn on a human model because if some of the customers take a lot of time to think about how the products on their bodies, they can stop buying and find other websites.
3.2 Use color swatches instead of color variant dropdown
By using color swatches, customers can easily see all colors of the product and they don't have to click the dropdown menu many times. Customers will find it difficult to identify and compare colors because colors are all hidden within the drop-down menu. The color swatches look like this:

We had a favicon but it got lost when I changed themes which I now realize you can lose stuff when you move to a new theme. That one is easy to put back.

I like the chat idea and your collection filter search tool looks great. When we have more revenue we can add more apps.
Would love tips on how to add filtering to a page without another subscription but will definitely give your product a try at some point.
