Fraudulent business

https://vitalingredients.ca  is a fraudulent business on Shopify. They have been reported numerous times and I have tried to report them but when I submit the report it doesn’t go thru.  The business has many reports on trust pilot.  I don’t understand why Shopify won’t shut them down or investigate. It’s been going on for months.  They are a scam on Shopify and social media but they are allowed to continue taking cc payments for a product they don’t have with a fake license from health Canada.  Help me stop this. They won’t let me post the name of the store here so I don’t know what else to do.
