Free Shipping Does Not Work at Checkout

Hi!  My store offers free shipping in the U.S. for orders over $50.  However, when I tested it  at checkout, the flat fee setup by Printful was still there. 

How do I change this?   

Should I set up free shipping in Shopify's General Shipping or Printful's App Shipping Profiles?

It should then display as such throughout the checkout process. It may be a case that it is not specified for the location you are testing this with. You may also need to clear your cache or test in incognito mode to see if this helps, as your browser may be storing older info.

 

And please tell me which app are you using.

No, I'm not using a shipping app but I am placing it through Printful's app since it dictates the shipping rates for my t-shirts.

You were right.  I took your advice and cleared my cache. That corrected the glitch!
