I was looking to get some feedback from you pros on my store. We are getting between 40 and 60 visits a day with very little conversions. We made some changes and would love to hear your thoughts. Should we add more products to make it fuller? I wanted to start slowly and build things up but please let me know if you think otherwise.

This is gaming store so try to use game Graphics related images, These are attracted by people.
Rating and Reviews: Customer reviews are fixes the value of of product, And these will decides the your business growth. These will helps to increasing of your customers.
Add Testimonials: Creating a genuine testimonials are trust worthy. This is the one kind of marketing communication b/w customer and business person. So you can add efficiently.

I visited your website. your products and web design are very nice. I like them. But I saw something, this may be helpful to get a higher conversion rate:
- add a best seller category
- The slide banner with great visuals with your products and the "call to action" button. the slide banner should show the benefits of your products ( you can choose the best sellers to describe), your events, your discounts (Black Friday is coming, right?)
- Show promotion and a great shipping policy on the top
- add realistic product images
- make videos to attract customers and increase time on site
- pop up chat and discount pop up
- Add reviews for each product (some Shopify review apps can help) and a lower price next to the original one or to attract customers (on both the homepage and the product page)
- And don't forget to add JSON LD to your site to display your reviews on Google search by SEO app. (This SEO app I use 1 year: https://bit.ly/3wrKsKp)
- SEO: your mobile version is not good. Heading tags, Meta tags, keywords are not optimized. To handle this I usually use the above SEO app.
It would be useful to do a proper website audit here to be able to identify all the changes that need to be made.

Your banner is impressive and you have consistent images all over the sites. But I think this can be improved with
I think we can improve this section with a text-free background image (or just solid color background) and add Heading elements. The heading element with HTML tag has an important role in SEO and can help boost your website’s online visibility tremendously.
Also, Add a hovering effect for CTA buttons. Sure thing the CTA button is the ultimate goal of your page, so why not make it more visible and attractive by creating a beautiful hovering effect that encourages users to click on it right on your home page.
I think we can also improve the layout. I would move these sections from the bottom of the page to right under the hero banner. Because it will show how trustworthy you are and what categories you have.

In the collection pages, I would add the Add to cart button or other CTA so it will make your page more engaged

Display or Link to the Return Policy from the Main Product Page Content
Even if the return policy is located in the sitewide header or footer, it can be difficult to find. Customers will hesitate to shop online because they are not able to fully see, hold, or test a product before buying it. Return and exchange policy should be findable on the product page.
The actual return policy, in particular, the duration and the payment of return shipping, is highly impactful to site conversions. However, you should take extra care to make your policy easy to read and clear for customers.
