I find it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND FRUSTRATING trying to connect with Shopify regarding my account. It will not let me access chat with live person although my details are always prefilled in designated spaces. I am only allowed to send email...and they seem clueless in responses. I need a live agent to help me get this error situated and have my site up again ASAP. This is not the way I expected merchant support to be.
It is hard to do so through the website but I highly recommend you go to Twitter and send them a message. Also tweeting to them if they don't answer would be of great help. They are extremely busy I presume but they've never failed me to answer their DMs back right away. Best of luck!
