Hey, it's Tobe from Regios Post Purchase Surveys, the app that helps small businesses collect customer feedback.

Overall, your site looks pretty solid. No website is perfect, but you already have an attractive design, and high quality product images.

Adding some social proof, especially customer reviews, can help increase consumer trust in your brand.

It's also possible the lack of conversions could be caused by off-page factors.

I'm not sure how many visitors you mean by "a decent amount of traffic and clicks," but keep in mind that most stores have a pretty low conversion rate. According to Shopify, the average is around 2.5-3%. So you might have have to bring a couple hundred visitors to your store before you start seeing sales.

Also, what type of traffic are you bringing to your store? Are you running Facebook ads to a cold audience, or are the people on your site already familiar with your brand? This can have an impact on what percentage of your visitors convert.

That being said, the best way to find out why you're not getting sales is to observe customer behavior and collect customer feedback. You can use a heatmap tool like Hotjar to record user sessions and see where users are dropping off. And you can add a post purchase survey to your site to get direct customer opinions on how to improve your site's customer experience.

Hi @ParadisePalms ,

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.

Congratulations on your new store! It looks amazing and professional, and it's clear you've worked hard on it. I'd love to share some suggestions as hereby:

1. Adjust the header size

The header size is too large. You can resize the image to make the header more appropriate in size:

2. Make the announcement bar more visibility

You can enhance the visibility of your announcement bar and effectively capture the attention of your website visitors by choosing colors that provide a strong contrast with the other section. This will make the bar stand out and grab the attention of your visitors.

3. Adjust content for the section

  • It would be beneficial to include a brief paragraph introducing your store and the products you offer in the first hero banner section. Providing this information helps potential customers gain a better understanding of your business. By showcasing the unique qualities of your store and highlighting the key features of your products, you can effectively engage and attract customers.
  • Highlight CTA buttons: The button's color isn't very eye-catching since it's the same as the other text. Consider using a different color to make it stand out.

And also this button:

4. Avoid blank space on the homepage

Please review the spacing and consider adding additional product details within it.

5. Adjust the Trust badge section

The size and color of the content in the Trust badge section are not attention-grabbing. Consider making them more visually appealing to capture the viewer's interest.

6. Create a Back-To-School collection

Consider creating a dedicated collection on your website that caters specifically to students. This focused collection will make it more convenient for customers to browse and locate products that meet their needs. By organizing student-centric items in one place, you can streamline the shopping experience and enhance customer satisfaction.

These are some suggestions for improving the design.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Kate | PageFly Team

Hello @ParadisePalms,

I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot. Hope you are having a good day.

I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can increase sales.

1. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product. Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
2. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
3. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
4. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
5. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
6. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
7. Make About Us more personal, likable, and believable so that, your prospects are more likely to be comfortable buying from you.
8. Display store's contact info like phone number and office address in the Contact Us page.

Don't hesitate to ask if you need any further clarification.
