I have spent a great deal of time building and optimizing my site - but I am not seeing any sales

Organize Header section and try to minimize empty space on it.
Add ATC(add to cart) buttons on the products.
Mention more contact details of your store, which builds trust on your store.
Include Blog page, blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.
You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store which helps to increase your sales further. Improve your conversions by directly reaching those who close to your customers.
There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.
You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace, if you have any unique or Handmade product in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Getting your first couple of sales will always pose a challenge, but with the right effort in the right direction. You will start converting your traffic to sales in no time - I will suggest focusing your energy on your marketing and pricing (make it competitive). Regarding the user experience of your store - here are some feedbacks
1. Add all your collections as navigation on the header. This will make it easier for your customers to see and navigate through your collections
2. On the collection page - I will suggest displaying your variants as products or showing your product variants on the collections page; this does not only improve the collections page aesthetics but helps showcase all the available variants to your customers while they are browsing the collection page. Your customers will not click through all your products to view the available variants, so been able to display them on the collection page is a huge plus for conversions.

Some themes already have this option, you can check for this on your theme customizer and enable it. Also, you can get the variant images on the collection pages option for free with the Collection Filter and Search Bar by the Sobooster app.
3. Use color swatches to display product variants: This makes it easier for your customers to see all the available variants and also improves the aesthetics of the product page.

I noticed you have Lucky Orange installed. As one of the Lucky Orange founders, I know firsthand the value of using visitor behavior to learn more about people on your website and then use that to grow sales.
Now, let’s dive into your website!
Focus on your main navigation
I don’t think your main navigation is bad, but I know it can be better. Using your heatmap, where are people clicking? Where are they not clicking? Next, use Visitors to watch people who land on your homepage navigate around the store. How do they reach product pages?
With your main navigation in particular, I would expand the Shop and move the FAQ and About Us pages to the footer. So the new main navigation may be something like: Home | Shop (with current drop-down) | Apparel | Accessories | Contact Us.
Also, a question: Would Jewelry be considered Accessories? If so, there’s no need to divide the two into separate collections.
Analyze your homepage
Give your homepage a serious evaluation. In particular, use a scroll heatmap to see how far people are reaching on your homepage and then a click heatmap to see where people are clicking. You can use filters to narrow down to specific sources or UTM parameters if you are doing any paid campaigns.
I would suggest featuring collections (not products) under your hero image, removing the About Us segment (though great job on making it personal!), and looking at whether or not people are using your product links from the homepage. In my experience, these don’t drive sales.
A survey would be helpful here as well. You could ask, “What stopped you from checking out today” to learn more about what your visitors think.
Don’t forget the details
I noticed on several pages, including the FAQ, Contact Us, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, have unlinked email addresses. This is a small detail that should be easy to fix. While it may not be costing you sales, it’s a best practice.
For your Contact Us page, remove the phone number field. It typically has a higher abandonment rate.
Add in important details
I’m assuming you don’t offer free shipping regularly. In that case, you need to spell out how much someone can expect to pay for shipping. Don’t leave this to checkout. Since you have it on product pages, add it on here too.
Also, don’t forget the sizing charts. While you have them on the product-specific pages, a general sizing chart can be helpful too.
Update the collection pages
Remove the header images from the product pages. It pushes the products down too far and isn’t necessary for a conversion.
Mind your filters - go through it with a fine-tooth comb. You don’t need filters for Hoodies and Hoodies & Sweatshirts or for Sweatshirts and SWEATSHIRT. Get those set to really help your visitors.
Tweak your product pages
Again, use your Visitors to see people who engage with product pages. If you’re driving a lot of traffic from a paid campaign, see how long they stay. What do they do? You could be driving the wrong traffic or dealing with bots.
Connect with visitors
I see that you’re using live chat, which is great! It keeps people on your website while you answer their questions. Are you using chat invites? You can set triggers that will invite someone to chat at just the right time, such as spending more than 90 seconds on a specific page.
