Getting views but no sales as yet...

I have had my online store up for almost 4 months now and recently changed themes which improved my store speed from 16 to 48-50. I have been using Facebook and Instagram advertising a sale, gaining a lot of daily views but I am yet to still get a sale. Why? Prices too high? Items available? I'm unsure.. any help would be great!!

Hey @Kysclothing.

Thanks for reaching out.

Would you be able to share your online store URL? As this will allow us to take a closer look into your store and provide feedback.

Looking forward to your response.

Honesty is the best policy.. your website isn't very good. I personally wouldn't buy from it either. The product pictures aren't the greatest, some of them have random logos on, the website doesn't look organised, terrible product descriptions and to top it all off, above the product name it says 'automizely dropshipping' & on some products you have the variant 'ships from China'. Would you buy from yourself?

Try putting yourself in the consumers' footsteps, what about this website makes you feel like you can trust it and buy from it? What would you want to see on Nikes' website? Open up Nike on one side of your screen and yours on the other, and compare the product pictures, product descriptions and the smaller things.

Also, the payment method badge under your 'buy it now' button is very ugly and I'd recommend finding a better looking one.

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but I learnt from the brutal truth and I think that's the best way to help others too.

Good luck with your store.

@GSJ Many thanks for your honest comments. That's exactly what I wanted to hear! I actually had no idea that it actually says that above the product name. I guess I will look at getting someone to assist me with my page then. Remove that, ships from, update pics and descriptions. I appreciate your comments because if I want to succeed I need to know why. Thanks!

Hi @Kysclothing ,

Hi,
I visited your website. your products and web design are very nice. I like them. But I saw something, this may be helpful to get a higher conversion rate:
- add a best seller category
- The slide banner with great visuals with your products and the "call to action" button. the slide banner should show the benefits of your products ( you can choose the best sellers to describe), your events, your discounts (Black Friday is coming, right?)

- add realistic product images
- make videos to attract customers and increase time on site
- pop up chat and discount pop up
-  Add reviews for each product (some Shopify review apps can help) and a lower price next to the original one or to attract customers (on both the homepage and the product page)

- And don't forget to add JSON LD to your site to display your reviews on Google search by SEO app. (This SEO app I use 1 year: https://bit.ly/2YxoOYC)
- SEO: your mobile version is not good. Heading tags, Meta tags, keywords are not optimized. To handle this I usually use the above SEO app.
- Add Google Analytics to track customers visiting your site
- lacking favicon

- Footer: add factors that make your customer trust, such as:

+ add your social media

+ "Our Company": About Us, Contact Us, Terms Of Service, Privacy Policy, DMCA Request

+ "Help Center": Size Charts, Payment Methods, Cancellation & Modification, Shipping, Delivery, Track Your Order, Returns and Refunds, FAQs

+ "Get In Touch": mail, support time, warehouse,...

- One thing I noticed while on your website, was that you have Powered by Shopify in your footer. here is how you can remove that:
Step 1. Navigate to your Online Store > Themes section of your admin.
Step 2. In the Action drop-down menu next to your current theme, select Edit Languages.
Step 3. In the Search Translations bar next to Filter please type in "power".
Step 4. Under Powered by Shopify, in the text bar, just put in a single space. This will erase the Powered by Shopify.
In the top right corner, select Save.

@hori_tran many thanks for your help!

I have removed the shopify on the bottom of my page.

I can't seem to find how to add that info on top of the pic like you suggested??

I also added that app as well
