Hi @changoTango
It is better for us to see your store real performance in Google Search Results and I can give you some ideas based on it meanwhile:
1. Pay attention to the product page meta description length. I notice two products in search results cannot display full meta description contents and please shorten the length of meta description between 100–200 characters. It shall have a better view on Google.
2. Make your search results colorful. Your search results are very plain and simple, lack of further details like reviews, star ratings or images. This needs the technique of Structured Data JSON LD, and you can check this guideline for reference. If you think it difficult to practice directly, you can also choose to use the tool recommended by my friend before and make it available with one-click only.
3. Optimize page URL structure. When I access your store web pages from search results directly, they have a very complicated page URL content and visitors feel hard to see the URL structure directly, and it is also bad for Google to know and index page properly. Try to clean your URL content and make it as clear as possible, which is good for page SEO and store ranks in some ways.
Hello ChangoTango,
The situation you find yourself in is understandable, especially if this is your first store. Even with that, I must commend you on some aspects that you’ve executed excellently. Your copywriting is top-notch, and so are the product pages. With the addition of images and videos, your customers are sure to have a memorable shopping experience.
I recommend you expound more on your shipping policy and the post-purchase phase. This information is crucial, as it allows your customers to trust you more if they are certain of when they will receive their orders and how they can track their shipping progress.
For this, you can install ParcelPanel, which enables you to create a dedicated order tracking page that encourages your customers to return to your website to track their orders. This way, you can recommend other products to them and improve upsells.
The app also offers the option to notify customers of shipping progress via email and SMS. Additionally, if you are dropshipping, it lets you hide this information and display custom expected delivery dates (EDDs) and shipping notifications.
Try it today and get 40% off your first month.
Hey there @changoTango your store is quite impressive and I was glad to see the FAQs on the homepage given the product/service you’re offering
In terms of suggestions, I’d recommend switching up the reviews a little bit by making them a bit more detailed and adding the full names (and maybe pictures) of the customers so that they appear more authentic.
It will also be very helpful to have a blog site for the store to share more information on red light therapy in general and also to generate more traffic to the store.
Hi @changoTango, looking good and off to a great start! Don't feel you have to finalise everything from the get go, often you will come up with new ideas including graphics, colour schemes etc. as time goes on. Just try experimenting here and there, but otherwise good effort 🙂
As @Bundler-Manuel mentioned, having a home page FAQ is a smart move.
it's ok for a starting point. my personal opinion is lighter websites are easier to make look more professional
on mobile there is a contrast issue with the background and the font.
but good to start marketing, and improve over time the layout
This is an accepted solution.
