Hi @kletter

Try to open a new incognito/private browser window, and go to your partner's account from there try to access store admin.

Sometimes cookies mess log in part.

Kind regards

Hello @kletter It’s very possible that the reason for this issue could be due to a policy violation of some sort https://community.shopify.com/c/blog/we-ll-be-back-soon-why-your-store-is-unavailable/ba-p/2131110 . I think it’s best to contact Shopify customer support directly in this situation.

Hi @kletter

I saw your question and totally get how frustrating this error message can be, especially when you’re trying to access your Shopify store and hit a roadblock. This specific error usually happens when the email you're using (wildeaesthetics@yahoo.com) doesn’t have the right permissions to view the page. Let’s go through a few things you can check to fix this.

Why This Happens

Shopify restricts access based on user roles and store ownership, so if you're seeing this message, it means:

  • The email you're logged in with is not the store owner or an authorized staff account.
  • There’s a Shopify admin role/permission issue, and you may not have access to certain pages.
  • You could be signed into the wrong Shopify account, especially if you manage multiple stores.
  • The store might be closed, frozen, or deactivated due to billing issues.

How to Fix It

1. Make Sure You’re Using the Right Email

  • Head to Shopify Login and check if you’re logging in with the correct credentials.
  • If you have multiple Shopify accounts, try logging out and back in with the correct email.

2. Check Store Permissions

  • If you're a staff member, ask the store owner to go to Settings → Users and Permissions and verify that your account has full admin access.
  • If needed, they can re-invite you using your correct email.

3. Try Accessing Through the Stores List

  • Go to Shopify Stores List and see if your store appears there.
  • If you don’t see it, your email might not be linked to that Shopify store.

4. Check If the Store Is Active

  • If the store is frozen due to unpaid bills, the owner must reactivate it by paying outstanding invoices.
  • If the store was closed permanently, you won’t be able to access it.

5. Clear Cache and Try Again

  • If you’re sure you have access but still see the error, try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers.
  • You can also try using incognito mode to log in.

If you still can’t access your store after these steps, you might need to contact Shopify Support for help. You can reach them via Shopify Help Center and request assistance with store access issues.

Hope this helps! If you need any other assistance, feel free to ask, and I will try my best to support you.
Best regards,
Daisy.
