Hi all,

I have been in contact with Google regarding my suspension and have received the following comment in an email back from them and was hoping you had some understanding / suggestions regarding this:

“Upon checking and based on the tests that I ran, it appears that your website may be inaccessible or may be taking too much time to load your website to some areas. Examples are California, Singapore, Brazil, Ireland and Australia. Please note that as per Google's policies, it is required that all users should be able to access your website regardless of the location, IP address and device used. I highly recommend reaching out to your web developer to make sure that your website is accessible to all users from different countries or locations. You may also use this link to verify if your website or landing page is accessible to all users from different countries.”

I am unsure why my website wouldn’t be accessible to any other countries unless perhaps it is too slow and I should take action on improving the website speed?

Kind regards,
Adam J.

Hi there,

Apologies I forgot to mention this in the original message.

For example no business address in the footer of all pages. Low trust signals may cause your next suspension, related to misrepresentation.

I would avoid targeting so many other countries at once, begin with your home country, ie Australia, then slowly expand one by one to other countries, every 3 to 6 months.

Avoid adding a dot after your email address, this can cause issues when copy pasting: https://thebargallery.com.au/pages/shipping

Remove the generic card icon within your payment logos.

Add your business details in your about us.

You may have more issues, but that is what I can see with a quick scan.

However, generally, Google does not want you to target lots of different countries, when there are not high enough trust signals.

Hi Emmanuel,

Thankyou for your response. I just have a quick few questions regarding the above:

1. Given this is an online only store, I figured a business address would only confuse customers so I chose to leave this out. Do you think this is necessary to add one in?

2. How would I go about limiting my store to Australia Only? It is is already stated that we only ship to AUS buyers specifically so is there a way that I can filter out any other countries?

3. I believe the card icons are automatically imputed to show customers the different methods they can pay with. Is this what you were refering to?

4. What other business details should I include in my about us?

Appreciate your help!

Kind regards,

Adam J.
