Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi everyone,
We’ve been running ads and are seeing promising results in terms of cost and engagement:
CPC: ~€0.35
CTR: ~4.5%
However, despite these metrics, our conversions are nearly non-existent. We’d love to get some honest feedback on our website.
Are there any issues with the user experience, product presentation, or trust signals that could be turning visitors away? Any advice, even if it’s brutally honest, would be hugely appreciated!

Thanks so much in advance!
First, in general ,it is a very clean and noticeably fast website. And a lot of things are done right. But here are a few things I noticed.
I did not like the first thing I saw as a visitor. A forced fullscreen sign-up form about the Brand Brochure. What brand, what are your products? At this moment I have no idea but you want my email. Plus that "No thanks" is conveniently barely visible.
On the homepage. all buttons are outlined, and while they look elegant to me they are not striking enough to really be a call to actions buttons. Plus your button below "Magnetism and Mystery" does not have a link. Your images are good but I feel that some images with people are missing. To connect better. The review block is too wide, that is too much text in one long line. The color of the start is off to me, as that one is mostly used as the default color, so when there are no reviews. And to me, in the English website, a review in Dutch or Erman does not mean a lot.
On the product page, I find 12px for most of the text too small. You would benefit from some user-generated videos but for that maybe needs some time.
Not sure if you already have some apps for tracking and replaying user sessions like HotJar, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, and many others. It is a useful tool to check where some issues could be.
Good luck and hope sales will come.
