I placed an order with this company online. Got a message my order was delivered, it was not. Now, the company has seemed to have disappeared. Anyone else hear of Blissful Beauty?

Here are some things you can try:

  • Dispute the Charge: Contact your bank or credit card company and see if you can dispute the charge. Explain that you placed an order with Blissful Beauty, but never received it and the company seems to be out of business. You can find information on how to dispute a charge on your bank's website or by calling customer service.
  • File a Complaint: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB helps mediate disputes between consumers and businesses. You can file a complaint online at BBB.

If you're looking to start your own online store to avoid these kinds of issues in the future, Shopify is a great platform to consider. Here are some resources to get you started:

Hi there, that's a frustrating situation with Blissful Beauty. Here are some initial steps:

  1. Dispute the Charge: Contact your bank and initiate a dispute for the unfulfilled order. Explain you never received items and suspect the company is out of business. Banks offer guidance on filing disputes online or by phone.
  2. Report to the FTC: Consider filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftc.gov/media/71268) to report Blissful Beauty's practices.

We'll explore further options in the next reply. Stay tuned!

Here are a few things you can try:

  • Check your spam folder for any emails from Blissful Beauty.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company to see if they can help you get a refund.
  • Do a search online for reviews of Blissful Beauty. If you find other people who have had problems with them, you can report the company to the Better Business Bureau.

While I can't recommend specific companies, I can recommend checking out reviews of beauty companies before you buy from them. You can search online for "[beauty product reviews]".

Now, about "Vally Plant" - there isn't a clear connection to Blissful Beauty in this case. "Vally" might be a misspelling of "Valley," which could be the name of a location or a company, but it's difficult to say for sure without more context.
