Have you ever been scammed by an online store?

I have made an order, paid for the item and received a confirmation email. 

On the item not arriving within the estimated timeframe, I revisited the email to contact the seller. The seller has removed the link for my order and for their store. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. 

I am unable to log an issue with Shopify, as their online reporting form is the only way you can do this. The online reporting form requires a valid confirmation link!!!!!! I do not have it because the store has been removed as part of a SCAM. 

I have made contact with both the Police, Trading Standards, and my bank. 

DO NOT USE AND LOOSE YOUR MONEY AS I DID.
