Header help

How can I make the header of my page like the one on here: https://www.theory11.com/ ? I mean, whats the code? The menu and logo instead of where it says "theory22- the worlds finest...". Thanks.

Which theme you're using?? Share your store URL. 
It's called the announcement bar and you need to add some code there to align properly, depends on the theme.
