@ABpositive ,

Start paid marketing. and start promoting your brand, also go through search engine optimization.

You need to improve your store with respect to UI, UX. I have noticed your store speed optimization score is very low for mobile... it can kill your traffic.

You need to focus on the following points........

  • Use dynamic content.
  • Choose relevant keywords
  • Use design to improve user experience.
  • Improve page loading time.
  • Create Content That Converts
  • Add testimonials, reviews, and logos
  • Mobile friendliness
  • Quality Content
  • Send Relevant Emails
  • Make Use of First-time Offers

Hope these points will help you!

I will give you a free audit report of your store.

Let me know your thoughts. I will share the report.

Hello @ABpositive,

This is flareAI: your Fully Automated Free Sales Machine. I hope you're having a good day.

If my suggestions is helpful to you, please let me know by giving a like or marking it as a solution.

I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can increase sales.

1. Add favicon to help visitors locate your page easier when they have multiple tabs open. Also it will add overall branding consistency and their absence might be seen as unprofessional.
2. Add sections like 'New Arrivals', 'Featured Collection', 'Hot Sellers' to help keep customers updated on new products and give exposure to new collections.
3. Add more detailed product description in product pages. The product description should provide visitors with important information about the features and benefits of the product so they are motivated to buy.

4. Display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
5. Testimonials are a good way to increase the trust and will influence the purchasing decision. Also, provide the customers' full name, and profile photo of them to add authenticity and credibility.
6. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. Having social media for the store will help increase the traffic.
7. Add a FAQ page to provide information on frequent questions or concerns
8. Add each sub-categories/collections in the header menu so that its easy to go to any collection from any page.
9. Discounts and limited-time offers will help to increase sales.
10. Add Buy Now button which will simplify the purchasing process for consumers, improving their customer experience.
11. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
12. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.

13. Add detailed filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
14. Showing your average rating gives your shoppers quick information to make purchase decisions. Average ratings provide you with feedback on popular and unpopular products that you can use to make changes.
15. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
16. Consider adding more blogs
Blogging is a great technique to increase the traffic and ranking of your website. If you blog consistently with high-quality content over a long period, your site will rank higher for specific keywords or topics.
17. Add data policies (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy) to your store which helps set expectations with your website visitors. They'll know the types of data you're collecting, why you're collecting, protects the seller from bad customers and ensures that buyers know exactly what to expect when they order a product.

Also I did a https://flareai.co Instant FOG on your store. Customers searching on Google are only able to find 16% of your site. Remaining 84% is missing from Google.

It is an amazing strategy for gaining visibility for your brand and ultimately increasing sales without having to rely so heavily on doling out money for a large marketing budget. flareAI works every day for you, tapping into Google Search and 20+ of world's best & biggest free sales channels.

Hello @ABpositive, for a store that’s only been active for over a week, I must say that it is very well set up. I have a few ideas that could help make it even better.

1) You need to have some customer testimonials on your homepage. Customer testimonials are a good indication of how good your store is operating.

2) You should link the Twitter , Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok accounts of the business on the homepage. If you do not yet have business accounts on these platforms, I suggest that you create some as soon as possible.

3) Putting products together into bundles would help in boosting sales for your store in the long run. For example, you could set up bundles of certain crop tops and leggings you think would entice customers. The Bundler- Product Bundles App would be very helpful with this. You can get it here https://apps.shopify.com/bundler-product-bundles

Best regards to you and your store!

Hi, @ABpositive!

I agree with @flareAI's suggestion to organize your products into collections. This will help customers navigate your store and find what they're looking for. You can follow these guides from the Shopify Help Center to set up collections and add them to your store's navigation:

The product titles are another opportunity to make your store look more professional and trustworthy. This product, for example, has a couple spelling mistakes, and the word 'leggings' does not need to be in the title more than once. It could simply be called "High Waist Leggings" instead. If there are multiple high waist leggings in the store, consider naming the print or using one descriptive word like "graphic" or "bold" to differentiate it from the other options.

I would also love to see an About Us page and an FAQ page. Customers want to know who they're buying from, and they also want to find the information they're looking for quickly. An About Us page can help customers understand why they should buy from you, by telling them a bit about why you started and what you're passionate about. While store policy pages are definitely a good idea to have, an FAQ page is much easier to read, and customers are likely to go for that before reading a formal policy. These guides can help you write effective pages to inform your customers:

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions about any of the suggestions here.

Hi @ABpositive,

I actually like your shop, it looks quite professional. I would a) integrate a third party rating service such as Google Ratings or Trustpilot. And b) I would change your "Chat with Us" to a 'real' Live Chat Service, that is only displayed if you are available RIGHT THEN and THERE. Most people don't like to "leave a message", they want to talk to a real person. If you make this possible, you can talk to your visitors and ask them why they are hesitant to buy. Then you have some real hints to improve, because all everyone here can do is give you 'technical/general advice', but what you need to know is what drives your target group / the people you want to sell to.

If I helped you, please consider getting in touch with me for a 10 minute interview. I'm looking to build software that helps online shops. Me and my two team members would like to talk to you to find a good problem to tackle with software.
