Hello urgent help for facebook

Hello I'm trying to connect shopify to Facebook but on the Facebook commerce account it says your Facebook wasn't approved even though when I go on Facebook it says the page is ok and have notification of my shopify connecting but on shopify website I'm still not connected if it makes sense I need to sort that to be able to carry on
