Hello @Minimebaby

Could you please answer the following questions so I can assist you better?

1. What is your monthly budget for ad spending?
2. Which platform are you using? For example: Meta, Google, etc.
3. Who is responsible for handling the creative and content aspects?

Hi @Minimebaby

It’s great to see you putting in the effort with ads and updates. Getting views but no sales can be tough. Let’s figure out what might help convert those visitors into customers!

Homepage

PageFlyKate_0-1731655775004.png

  • Flash Sale Banner: The current banner is bold, but it could use more contrast for the text to stand out. Consider using a lighter background or adding a shadow effect to the text.
  • Hero Image Call-to-Action (CTA): The "Shop Now" button could be more prominent (larger size, different color) to grab attention immediately.

Product page

  • Product Descriptions: Add more detailed descriptions emphasizing benefits, features, and unique selling points (e.g., “organic cotton for sensitive skin”).
  • Social Proof: Include customer reviews or testimonials on product pages to build trust.
  • Urgency Triggers: Use countdown timers or low stock indicators (e.g., “Only 3 left in stock”) to encourage quicker purchases.

Navigation & UX

  • Menu Items: Simplify the menu by categorizing products for easier browsing (e.g., "Onesies," "Bundles," "Sale").
  • Sticky Header: Keep the navigation bar accessible as users scroll for a better browsing experience.

Social proof & engagement

  • Instagram Section: Add direct links to product pages from Instagram images if applicable.
  • Customer Highlights: Feature customer photos or testimonials more prominently, either on the homepage or product pages.

Trust elements

  • Trust Badges: Include badges for secure payment, fast shipping, or satisfaction guarantees near the “Add to Cart” button.
  • Policy Links: Move Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, etc., to a more visible location for customer reassurance.

SEO optimization

  • Page Titles and Descriptions: Optimize for keywords like “Organic Baby Onesies Australia” to target local buyers.
  • Image Alt Text: Ensure all images have descriptive alt text for better search engine indexing.

I hope these suggestions help you optimize your store and start seeing those sales roll in!

Best regards,

Kate from PageFly

Hi @Minimebaby

It sounds like you're putting in a lot of effort with ads, social media, and sales, but I understand how it can be frustrating with low sales despite the traffic. A few things to consider:

  • Ensure your site is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and loads quickly (aim for a load time under 2 seconds).
  • High-quality product images, clear descriptions, and detailed size guides can also help.
  • Don’t forget trust signals like secure payment methods and return policies to build credibility.
  • Lastly, refining your ad targeting and analyzing customer behavior could help fine-tune your strategy.

As an alternative, you might want to explore Website Speedy Shopify apps designed to help with speed optimization and improving core web vitals. These can enhance the user experience and help improve your site's performance.

Hi @Minimebaby,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.

Your store has quite enough essential information. However, if you want to make it more convertible, please check my recommendations below.

1. Enhance your product filter search

A more intuitive filter search makes it easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for, thus reducing frustration. When customers can easily find products that match their specific criteria, they're more likely to make a purchase

Besides availability and pricing, you can consider adding some other elements, such as size, materials, style, etc.

Take a look at this example:

2. Include more detailed product images

I highly recommend adding more product images to make it look more trustworthy and professional. You can consider adding 3-5 Images that show products from at least a few different angles or show the product materials in detail. It will increase the chances of customers clicking Add to cart.

3. Enhance the footer section

The footer is often overlooked, but it's a valuable piece that can significantly enhance user experience and boost your website's effectiveness. Some of the elements you can consider adding are:

  • Copyright notice: Clearly state the copyright owner and year.
  • Privacy policy link: Link to your detailed privacy policy.
  • Terms of service link: Link to your terms and conditions.
  • Contact information: Include your address, phone number, and email.
  • Social media icons: Link to your social media profiles.

Here’s a good example of a footer section

4. Add a live chat section

Live chat assists potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time. This can prevent abandonment and encourage purchases.

I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App. MooseDesk provides auto-reply features during non-business hours, a proactive help center, and a user-friendly widget layout, offering an effective solution to enhance customer support on your platform.

Hey Minimebaby,

Heddy from Gameball: Loyalty Program & VIP here!

I took a look at your website and while it's great that you're putting in the effort with ads and promotions, there are a few things that could be fine-tuned to help with conversions.

  1. Website Messaging and Value Proposition: It’s important to make sure that the value you offer is clear from the moment a customer lands on your site. It looks like your homepage might benefit from a stronger headline or tagline that immediately communicates what your store is about and why someone should buy. Right now, it’s a bit difficult to understand what makes your store stand out right away.

  2. Customer Trust: You might be lacking some key trust elements that help customers feel more confident about purchasing. Adding customer reviews, testimonials, or some form of social proof (like user-generated content or brand partnerships) could really help. You can leverage Gameball to incentivize customers to leave reviews or share their experiences on social media. Building up your review count or having a “customer spotlight” section could help build credibility.

  3. Calls to Action: Make sure that your calls to action (CTAs) are strong and clear. For example, on your product pages, make the “Add to Cart” button larger and more noticeable. Maybe consider changing the color so it stands out against the rest of the page.

  4. Navigation and User Experience: The store layout is pretty straightforward, but for eCommerce stores, you really need to make the shopping experience as easy as possible. You might want to consider simplifying the menu or reorganizing products into more specific categories. It should be easy for customers to find what they’re looking for without too much effort.

  5. A/B Testing: Since you’ve been running ads, it might be useful to do some A/B testing on your product pages, ads, or even your pricing. Try changing a few elements like images, product descriptions, or the checkout flow and see what works better.

  6. Customer Retention: You’re likely getting visitors to your site, but it sounds like you're struggling to get them to convert. This is where customer retention strategies come in. If you haven’t already, consider setting up a loyalty program with Gameball to reward customers for purchases, signing up, or referring others. This can increase engagement and help build customer loyalty over time, which will lead to more sales.

  7. Ad Targeting: Since you're running paid ads, I would recommend narrowing your targeting to reach your ideal audience more effectively. If you’re casting a wide net, it might be worth refining your audience based on interests, demographics, and behaviors more closely aligned with your customer base.

Overall, your website has potential, but it's about streamlining the experience, building trust, and finding ways to engage visitors in a way that encourages them to take the next step in making a purchase. Don’t be discouraged—it’s all part of the learning process, and with some tweaks, you’ll see improvement.
