help please my shopify is not selling anything, also my items i buy have no barcodes they are import

please help me I am at breaking point over shopify. everything is a hurdle! now I can't have my things on google because my items don't have barcodes. I am ehausted reading over and over what tyo do, its double dutch. Please please can you help me, I honestly have had enough.

sure thanks, 11 items not showing up on google, I have no bar codes with my products nor has the wholesaler I buy them from. so no idea whay to do?
