Hello all and nice to meet you all glad to be here im here because i just launched i need some input/feedback on my website/store all reviews all opinions my website is EshasBougiWorld.com Check it out and let me know what you think and would you shop there do yall think i should add more items what let me know thank you so much and big blessings to all the business out there

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Organize the header section with minimizing empty space and mention the content(Menu) bold.

At top over the header section there are free shipping, promo code and other offer, which occupying more space, Try to adjust them so that rest of the page flows better. As hero banner gives good impression when customer lands on the homepage.

Add Testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.

Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more,  if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Make social links open on new tab.

Update contact form in the Contact us page.

Congrats on your new store! I’m Richard Nguyen- CRO Expert at PageFly- Free Landing Page Builder. I’d like to give you some feedback and suggestions for over 100.000 merchants to help increase conversion rates for your store based on 5 years of experience.

I like how you have:

  • Have secondary hover images
  • Have clear Shipping and Refund information
  • Introduction at the very beginning of the page

Besides these things, I have some comments and suggestions for you:

1. Homepage

1.1. Sticky header and the hero banner

Sticky header helps customers easily access menu navigation although they scroll down or up on your page. Customers can also quickly reach the Search field to find products with a sticky header.
So that when you scroll down, there is no quick way to come back to your menu, especially on mobile. You do not have an anchor button to “Back to the top”, so it makes it very inconvenient for customers to go back to your menu and see other pages, products, etc.

The hero banner will impress the customer when they first visit your store. So the Hero banner should send customers a message about who you are and what you sell. Also, it need Call-to-action heading and button. 

1.2. Section "Some More Bougi Items"

I find this section is kinda messy. On 1 side, it is the product image with the product title. On the other side, it is a collection image. 

My suggestion for this section is:

Create 1 dedicated section for Leopard Biker Short only.

Follow-up is a Collection list, where you can list all the collections of your page like Women's, Men's, or Sale items. 

You can check out this Template which has the same category as yours for more idea.

2. Product page 

I think you can improve your product pages with

Display or Link to the Return Policy from the Main Product Page Content
Even if the return policy is located in the sitewide header or footer, it can be difficult to find. Customers will hesitate to shop online because they are not able to fully see, hold, or test a product before buying it. Return and exchange policy should be findable on the product page.
The actual return policy, in particular, the duration and the payment of return shipping, is highly impactful to site conversions. However, you should take extra care to make your policy easy to read and clear for customers.

Thank you for sharing - I just browsed through your store and I think you have done a good job. I like how easy it is to navigate the store with the navigation menu. You have added a live chat which is really useful for driving engagement with your customers. 

I do have some suggestions to improve the store customer experience;

1. I have noticed most of your products only have 1 image. Only one image is not good enough to display and market your products properly and convince a customer to buy from you. I will recommend adding up to 4 - 5 images for each product, this does not only market the product but also makes your store appear more professional.

2. Use color swatches to display product variants: This makes it easier for your customers to see all the available variants and also improves the aesthetics of the product page.

3. Add a Quickview option on the products on your collection and home pages: Having a Quickview option on your collection page will make it easier for your customers to view more of your products. When your customers are able to easily preview and read the product details without going to the product page, they are more likely to view more products and which in turn can increase their chances of making a purchase. The Quickview should have all the details on the product page like a pop modal that can easily be closed
