A friend and I have launched an online store www.vivifyco.com.au and are hoping for any honest feedback that the community could provide! (We're definitley open to critial feedback.)
We sell products in the health and wellness space.
We are not entirely confident that we have optimised our store for website/mobile and whether or not we are on the right track. "We don't know what we don't know" so could be missing someting that may seem obvious to others.
Other things like our Speed Score are struggling at 42% (so we will also post in the Speed Score thread location)

Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can increase sales.
1. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product. Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
2. Developing an optimal SEO product title and URL can assist search engines in accurately identifying your products and increasing traffic to your online store. Hence, strive to create distinctive and precise product titles and URLs.
3. Add more detailed filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
4. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
5. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
6. Through consistent and high-quality blogging, you can improve your website's search engine rankings, drive more traffic to your site, and establish your brand as a trustworthy and knowledgeable source in your industry. By focusing on creating valuable content that addresses your readers' needs, you can build a loyal following and boost your online influence.
7. Take out the "Powered by Shopify" label in the footer and introduce your own branding elements to the footer of your store.

My name is Garcia and I'm the CRO expert at PageFly, the #1 page builder app for Shopify merchants. I saw your store and I'm really impressed with the work you've done! You must have spent a lot of time and effort on it.
As a CRO expert, I have some suggestions that I think could help your store improve its conversion rate.
It may be a bit challenging for visitors to define your products and fully get your CTAs at first glance. I would like to recommend you resize the hero banner and gather up information in it. Furthermore, the hero banner should only aim for 20 words max.
In this section I would like to suggest:
- Add hover effects on the button. This effect may significantly increase customer engagement.
- Justify the section to the center.
Key takeaways: Add social proofs and trust badges, or security seals to instill confidence in potential customers and boost conversions. Especially for your products, displaying these elements will significantly improve customer trust and push purchasing decisions.
Your mega menu is very well-organized. It’s great. However, though it’s quite large, you may consider making the section as I highlighted in the above image sticky. It help customers to navigate your site and find the products or categories they need faster.
It’s a big thumb-up that your site provides instant chat on your Shopify store. Some big holiday rush event is coming, make sure that you can promptly respond to them.

I found that your site was not quite responsive on both mobile devices and desktops. Although this task may require some technical skill to finish, I would like to recommend that you:
On desktop devices:
- Reduce unused JavaScript and CSS
- Activate the lazy-load function on your site
5. The holiday season is coming!
Let’s warm up your store with a festive theme that reflects the holiday spirit. You can consider planning your marketing campaign and products with seasonal graphics, banners, and colors to create an inviting and celebratory atmosphere for visitors. If you are already planning it, make sure that your website and product inventory are ready for it.

I have take a look your store. You got a nice one. I recommend you increase font size of your product description, it is little bit small.
Change Add to cart background color to drive attention.
Add reviews and Q&A can help visitors decide to purchase.

I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to explore! Looking into your store, I noticed that you are currently using an announcement bar to welcome your visitors and inform them of a free shipping offer. That is a great way to create a buyer incentive to get your visitors browsing! You could also include the discount code that is being shown on the slideshow to give it more visibility.
You have a beautiful store, by the way. You could potentially add Product Reviews to your product pages to allow your visitors to share their experience. This can provide your customers with an extra sense of security about their purchase knowing that they can share with others.
I would also suggest bumping your products on the homepage above the trust pilot reviews to reduce the amount of scrolling by your visitors.
