Hey everyone, would love your brutally honest feedback on our store.

We're bringing in traffic directly into our main product page but have yet to get any sales, or any add to carts/checkouts.

We've also noticed that we have a VERY low average session time of about 15 seconds - so we assume there's something bothering users with the website or the content from continuing down the funnel.

Any feedback/insights would be greatly appreciated!

  • Personalized recommendations: Use a personalized recommendation engine to suggest products to customers based on their browsing and purchase history. This will make their shopping experience more relevant and help them find the perfect gifts.
  • User-generated content: Display user-generated content, such as customer reviews, photos, or testimonials, to build trust and authenticity during the holiday season. This will help customers feel confident in their purchases.
