Hey guys, would love to get some feedback on what features or things I should be improving on my store.

Here is my store URL: www.fibrabuena.cl

Here are some stats of the las few weeks of my store

Hi Constantinwp,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

First of all, congratulations on your first 2 sales! Your site looks quite wonderful and well-made. I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase your conversion rate:

1. Call to action button. Add some call-to-action buttons under your products on your landing page, as well as on your product page.

2. Connect Social Media. If you already have a growing Instagram account, it would help to connect the feed to your main site, thus giving it more social proof. Research shows that 76% of customers buy products seen on social media posts.

3.  Adding a blog. Adding blog posts about fashion tips, and targeting the right audience can help bring traffic to your site and help with your site's overall SEO.

4. Influencer Collab. Since you have visually appealing products, it would be good to connect with micro-influencers, send them some of your pieces, and ask them to create some content for your social media as well as your Shopify store.

5. Connecting online with offline. If you have a showroom / physical store, make sure to always be telling your customers about your online store, adding a quick card with your online store address provides your new customers a chance to purchase again without coming to your physical store.

6. Testimonials. Try to showcase at least 5 testimonials on your site. Whether it's from friends and family, or your offline store customers. Having some social proof helps boost consumer confidence in your site.

7. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) When you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

Hope this helps!

Hi @constantinwp,

This is Kate from PageFly, - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.

Your website is beautifully designed and elegant. It's clear that you've put a lot of thought and effort into creating a great online presence.

From my experience, I noticed a few things that could be improved on your website:

1. Resize the header

You should resize the header, the sticky header takes up a lot of the space on the page. When customers scroll, it causes discomfort for them when viewing other content.

2. Highlight the Call to action button

The first 5-second impression is really important. Having a clear CTA button above the fold can encourage site visitors to take action.

3. Highlight product price

Locate and style the price so that it’s the most visible possible so that people can find it without effort.

Increase its visibility by using a large font size (similar in size to the product headline), bold text style, or eye-catching color.

4. Add “Add to cart” button to each product

An add-to-cart button is especially effective for visually-driven products that require little information to be bought. In these cases, an add-to-cart button allows people to quickly grab and checkout without being directed to many pages.

5. Add testimonial - customer reviews

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online.

That’s all of my feedback. Hope it helps to increase your conversion rate.

Merry Christmas! Wishing you love and happiness this holiday season. 🎄

Cheers,
