Hi there! Please rate my online store.

I created my store a couple of months ago but never really did anything in terms of ads and promoting products until now. I feel like my store looks okay but also feel there is something missing with it. Could I get some feedback on how I could improve it please? I would really appreciate the feedback as I want my store to do well:). My store is www.volovendor.com

  • Add a pop-up banner

Pop-ups can be a great way to grab a visitor's attention and highlight special offers or new products. Sometimes, a promotional banner popping up can urge visitors to take action quickly, potentially leading to a higher conversion rate

 

Take a look at this example:

2. Add a second image on hover

 

The image can be a different angle, a close-up of details or showing the model wearing it. These can give visitors a more comprehensive view of the product without cluttering the initial product listing. Here’s an example:

3. Add a customer support section

 

Chat widgets allow customers to connect with your agent in real-time, which can be much faster than waiting for an email response or phone call. Meanwhile, a well-organized FAQ page empowers customers to find answers to common questions on their own time
