High bounce rate and visitors are not scrolling down on mobile

Hi all, I just opened my store but it seems I have a high bounce rate (85%) and I see visitors are not scrolling down but clicking on the title of the Header (data from Hotjar). The visit duration is also around 15 seconds.

Does anyone know what could be the reason for this? And what can I do to change this?

Hi,

1. Buy now, Sign Up, Explore Locations buttons links to another websites. May be users click to those button on 0-15 seconds period, goes away and visit counts bounced.

2. Page doesn't have a lot of information. Users can quick read headers and go away. 15 seconds enough for that.
