Feedback for your online store from the community
I'm getting a lot of sessions on my store but very few conversations. Any thoughts of were the breakdown could be.

After browsing your site, I think the design is great, but there are a few things that could help with conversions. The product descriptions are visually nice but could use more detail to really explain the value of each item. Also, adding trust elements like reviews or testimonials would help visitors feel more confident. Your shipping policy isn’t immediately obvious, so making that clearer might also reduce any hesitation at checkout. Consider adding tools like abandoned cart emails or loyalty incentives to encourage hesitant shoppers to complete their purchase. (Not to brag but Gameball does both)

Hi Fetchforever,
Not bad overall, it's good that you have quite a few reviews on your products that should help build trust, although I notice the following:
1. Fonts are too big on most pages and texts take up valuable space, especially on mobile.
Suggestion: Aim for product names that are written on 2 to 3 rows max in order to improve readability, reduce clutter and fit more content in a single view.
2. The "add to cart" CTA isn't visible above the fold on product pages and is quite oversized.
Suggestion: The "add to cart" CTA should be higher on the page, ideally in the "above the fold" area, right under the price and you can also decrease it's size a little since it has enough contrast to stand out from the rest of the content.
3. Consider showing the product rating above the gallery section and linking it to the actual reviews that are very low on the page.
Suggestion: Since you have a good number of review alongside images, I suggest making use of them by displaying the rating using the stars in the gallery, above the fold. Users love reviews and currently that section is quite low on the page and might not be seen by many people.
4. The FAQ section is above the product features, benefits & reviews section.
Suggestion: Move the FAQ section below valuable information like the product reviews, benefits and features. Users are used to seeing FAQs on the lower part of the page anyway and you can get more visibility on what differentiates your products.
5. The "choose options" CTAs for the cross-sell section in cart doesn't work
Suggestion: Don't display in the cross-sell area the product that's already present in the cart & consider placing in the carousel products that can just be added to cart, without needing extra effort such as choosing size. That "choose options" CTA doesn't work on mobile for "The transforming dog mat" and others.

Thanks for the excellent feedback.
Hi @Fetchforever ,
I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.
I'm delighted that you've reached out to the community, and I'm excited to offer my insights based on my experience. It's always great to see passionate business owners seeking ways to enhance their store's performance. My suggestions below mainly focus on your current product page's structure, as I believe there are a few things we can improve here:
1. Remove uneccessary parts
The line "Over 5000+ happy pups" is not very important on the product page, and it makes store visitors to lose their focus when looking at the product title and price. This line has more advertising meaning and would be more suitable on the home page or product review section.
2. Product title, price and rating
- The product rating should be placed right below the product title, and the price should be placed under the rating. Kindly take a look at this example:
- Consider making the price stand out more with a different font weight or color to make the discount more enticing.
3. The Call-To-Action button
- Normally, an online store contains 2 buttons, which are the "Add to cart" and "Buy it now" button. You can consider to add the "Buy it now" button, and make it the primary button rather than the current "Add to cart" one.
- Consider making the button stickier on the screen when the user scrolls, thich reminds store visitors to buy this product even when they scroll down to read other information on this page.
- These CTA button should be placed right under the select product quantity part, here's an example for you:
4. The Interest-Free Payment Information
- Currently, the font size of this part is quite big compared to other texts' sizes. This may distract your store visitors. You should move it closer to the CTA button, use a smaller size and put it in a lighter box to make it more appear.
5. Trust Elements
The 60-Day Money Back Guarantee and Free Shipping message are great trust-building elements. Its current placement (right under the CTA button) is great, but I suggest you to use icons to represent these guarantees to save places, rather than using text like what it is showing now. Here are some icons as example for you:
6. Product description
The product description should be put below the CTA button, not above it like your current structure.
7. Benefits, Sizing Chart, Shipping
The accordion layout for benefits, sizing chart, and shipping is a clean design. You should expand the Benefits section by default, as customers tend to be interested in the product's features right away. This will reduce friction as they don't need to click to reveal it.
Here are some of my recommendations for you to optimize the overall structure of your product page. I hope that these suggestions are helpful for you. Good luck!
