Hey Nickgill18,

Heddy from Gameball: Loyalty Program & VIP here!

After looking at your site, there are a few things that might explain the traffic but lack of sales. Since you're getting visitors from TikTok and Facebook, it’s important that the landing page matches their expectations. Make sure your product pages are clear, with detailed descriptions and strong visuals. Double-check that the checkout process is smooth and straightforward. Offering incentives like first-time buyer discounts or implementing Gameball for loyalty rewards could also help turn visitors into buyers.

Let me know if you need more tips!

Hi @Nickgill18,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.

Congrats on your new store! It has quite enough essential information. However, if you are having trouble converting traffic to sales, please take a look at some of my recommendations below:

1. Add a second image on hover

Having a second image on hover allows customers to see the product from different angles. This will also keep them on the page longer, which can reducing bounce rates.

2. Enhance your product filter search

A more intuitive filter search makes it easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for, reducing frustration. When customers can easily find products that match their specific criteria, they're more likely to make a purchase

Besides availability and pricing, you can consider adding some other elements, such as size, materials, style, etc.

Take a look at this example:

3. Use date delivery instead of estimate delivery

Offering a firm delivery date can set you apart from competitors who only provide estimates, potentially influencing purchasing decisions.

Also, customers can plan around a definite date, which is especially important for time-sensitive purchases like gifts or event-related items.

In this case, you can consider changing from ‘1 to 2 business days’ to ‘October 15 - October 16’

4. Add a live chat section

Live chat assists potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time. This can prevent abandonment and encourage purchases.

I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App. MooseDesk provides auto-reply features during non-business hours, a proactive help center, and a user-friendly widget layout, offering an effective solution to enhance customer support on your platform.

TikTok and Facebook generally aren't high converting for new brands. I would try Google Ads.

Or hire a professional marketer, they may be able to help dial in your ads and run some tests, help you find your target customer.

Put an About page on your site and link it in the top menu so people know who they're buying from.

Change the serif fonts to sans-serif. It's generally accepted that sans-serif are better for web because they're easier to read.
