I’ve gone through your store and found that there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales. Here is a page-by-page/sectional review of your site:

  •  Logo is not visible at home page. Add a favourite icon so users can locate your webpage easily.
  • Overall Font, Color, Spacing, Alignment need to adjust
  • Optimize your footer with social links,  policy documents and payment gateway icons.
  • Images and hero banners need to improve
  • Highlight your USP - What's unique about you and your brand that none of the other Shopify merchants have? This needs to be highlighted in your store presentation, features & more.
  • Human Touch : About you and your business - Highlight what makes you different and personalize your offerings when you write about your brand in a custom About Us section.Example of Nice Home page
  • Add Featured / Bestseller products at home page - Engage your customers by letting them know the bestseller products on your store.
  • Add Testimonials at homepage
  • Clear product title and description , high quality images , reviews , related products , color swatch function, grey effect for sold out products , product labels , product quick view - All these features make your store much more convenient, authentic, easy to use and user-friendly.
  • Add Sticky Buy now or add a cart button , Sticky cart - A sticky cart icon or sticky checkout bar reduces cart abandonment and engages the customer in your store.
  • Banner adding on Collection page - Make your collection page stand out with interesting & creative collection banners. Example of Good Collection Page
  • Add Promotional banner on collection page - You can show images of featured, bestseller or popular products on the collection page banner.
  • Add Product filter for easy navigation - Categorize & filter products by their size, colour or type so users find product to product navigation easy.Example of Ideal Product Page
  • Do Proper integration of Google Analytics, Facebook store, instagram store, google search console - These features will help you track and analyze how customers interact with your store
  • Do Cart Page Modification : discount code , Gift wrapping , additional cart notes , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc. - Personalize your customer's shopping experience with these features on your cart page.

  1. Clear CTAs - help to show what to do next. Hero banner on your homepage is a key to make a connection with every visitor. You should clearly communicate what your website is about.
  2. Branding - clearly show your company branding. Logo, brand colors, brand fonts - should be the same across websites, emails, and social profiles. A key part of building your brand is making it recognizable. 
  3. Social proof - an incredibly powerful sales and lead generation tool. 
  4. Engaging images - you need them on your homepage to give visitors a sense of what your business is about. Images help you to tell a story and show visitors what they can gain from your product. For a product website think about how images can convey the value of your product and help your visitors to achieve their goals.
  5. Add a favicon
  6. Add about us and contact us pages
  7. If your website doesn’t have a blog already, make creating one a priority. But if you have a blog, it gives people a reason to keep coming back. Blogs also help improve your SEO because you’re constantly adding new content to your page.
  8. Try adding SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.
  9. Homepage designs guides your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on homepage layout design.  Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided.
  10. 90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. You can use Growave for that, it offers automated emails within the Reviews feature as well.
  11. Imagine if you saw something that you quite like in the store, however you want to browse more, get more options, and then choose the best one. That often happens to me, because I am indecisive. That is when Wishlist comes in handy. Since you have a lot of products on your site, I recommend adding that feature to improve the user experience on your site. Besides, if the items on the wishlist have not been purchased, automated emails will be sent out as a reminder.
  12. Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer
  13. Social media has become a huge thing nowadays. I highly recommend taking advantage of that and adding Instagram galleries on your homepage. It will help drive traffic from your site on to your account and vice versa.
  14. Use a referral program that will encourage your existing customers to share your products with their friends by giving discounts if the latter have purchased something from your store. With referral programs it is important to carefully set up so that you are not giving huge discounts and not getting anything back. [I recommend using one by Growave., because it is safe and it is integrated with 6 other marketing features (Reviews, Wishlist, Rewards, Social Login, Instagram, Discounts, Referral, VIP tiers) for better performance.

Hi @MiaT

Just take a look at your store and here is my view:

- Try to add some CTA buttons on those banners. 


- It would be great if you can resize those product photos. They need to have the same size. 


- Also, add CTA buttons down there. 


- I see the "Follow us on Instagram!" section. It doesn't any buttons. Why don't try to create an Instagram gallery like this image below


Try to check this app Shoppable Instagram Gallery if you like. 

- I don't see a discount event in your store. Try to have one and see how it works?

Hey there @MiaT Here's what I'd like to suggest - 

1. Your header menu is quite big because of the logo you're using! Sync your logo with the header menu to make it look neat. Also, shift your home button to the first place in the header menu.



2. Coming to your product pages, you don't have a description yet. Don't do that! Come up with a compelling SEO friendly product description on your store. 



You can also add CTAs in your homepage - like you can include a spinwheel in your store and customers can get an assured discount or free shipping!

Just had a look at your store. Your store needs some improvement in the header section. Add an attractive horizontal banner with a clear caption that communicates the core value which your customers will get from your store. The main problem is that your store's visitors are not converted into paying customers. To address this, I would recommend you to first check your Cart Abandonment Rate.

You should capture the emails of the visitors whenever they click on the Cart button, you can then send them reminders and push notifications through emails. Also, you can customize your offers for them. This practice may help you in winning those lost customers back and eventually, there will be a boost in sales. I think if you are able to connect to your store visitors, you will come to know the reason of lack of conversions and then you can craft customized strategies to convert them. You can check out CareCart and see if that works for you. They have free apps and it might help you in understanding your visitors' behaviour.

Hello MiaT,

I loved all the dresses on your store. You have such a rockstar collection. I see you are running a 30% Sale on your store at the moment. The Home page looks amazing with those popping colors.

I think your store is missing some product labels to highlight the ones on “Sale”, “Limited Stock”, and “New Arrivals” in your store. That would surely catch your customer’s eyes and kickstart your sales faster.
