Hi there,

I've had my shopify store for a while, but recently upped the effort to make it look a bit better.

https://www.katewalton.com/

I'm wondering how to add logos at the bottom of the companies I've worked with. At the moment it just says the company names as I couldn't find a way of uploading logos.

All feedback is welcome.

Thanks in advance,

Kate

Hi there Kate,

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App. I would like to give my suggestion for your image upload concern and give you some feedback on your Homepage and Product page . Hope this can help!

HOW TO UPLOAD LOGOS TO YOUR PAGE?

I suggest you customize your Theme on Shopify for this feature. This can be done with 2 easy steps

  • Go to Theme/Customize/Add section/Slideshow

  • Go to Image slide and Select your image

If you’d like more customization for your website, I suggest you use a page builder such as PageFly, GemPages, Shogun,...

HOMEPAGE

  • Present Clearer Value Proposition: The homepage should clearly communicate the value proposition and what the user can expect from the brand or business. At first glance, it's unclear what the website offers or what the brand is about
  • Add Social Proof: There are no customer testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust and credibility. You can ask your customers for reviews and use theirs to provide more information about how they enjoy your products and your customer service
  • Add return policy, shipping policy and FAQ in the footer: As an online business, it’s important to build trust and guide customers through your process. It’s definitely more crucial as your store is in a print niche.
  • Use exit-intent popups: Implementing exit-intent popups can be a useful tactic to convert website visitors who are about to leave without making a purchase. Consider incorporating exit-intent popups that offer a special discount code or exclusive offer to encourage visitors to complete a purchase.
  • Create a rewards program: A rewards program can be an effective way to boost customer loyalty and increase repeat purchases. Consider implementing a rewards program that rewards customers with points for their purchases, referrals, and engagement on social media
  • Reduce white space on your page: Currently I see your page has many white space with little information and it requires customers scroll down a lot to know more. I suggest you reduce the white space and organize information horizontally to save space

PRODUCT PAGE

  • Reduce the text: Your text on the page is currently too long and I suggest you reduce the length to draw the attention to your products
  • Display Stock Availability: Displaying stock availability can create a sense of urgency and encourage customers to make a purchase before the item sells out.

Furthermore, Pagespeed is extremely crucial for both buyer’s experience and Google ranking, so you could consider Shopify themes made to help you boost Google pagespeed score for your store such as Blum, Refresh, Dawn…

Let me know if you have any questions. Wish you the best of luck!
