Hey - I have been working really hard at improving my shop over the last number of weeks but still having a low to no rate of conversion.
would it be possible to provide some feedback/tips to increase conversion?

I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase conversion rate:
1. Testimonials. Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page -- whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
2. Revamping detail pictures. The product pictures don't seem sharp enough. Perhaps retaking them with an e-commerce photographer would be a good option. Also include closeups of the fabric so your potential customers can imagine touching the fabric and how it would feel.
3. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product.
4. Adding a blog. You seem to have lots of experience with golf competitions. Adding up-to-date blogs/commentary on the competition helps draw the right audience to your store. Also helps with SEO and quality of traffic.
5. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) Ask where your converting customers are coming from. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

I hope you are doing fine. Overall your store design and UI is pretty nice.
I have helped 100s of e-commerce brands and share my best practices with you:
- Hero component could be improved in a better way , redesign it by adding some info and a CTA button, hero component is main aspect in a store which shows what are you offering.
- adding social proof (reviews, testimonials, and earned media) can be very helpful
- Showing mood images with faces actually can differentiate yourself from most drop shippers.
- On your home page, you try directly to sell. The customer needs to understand your why. Why should someone buy your product? What problem do you solve better than others? For me, that is clearly missing on the home page.
- Add a variance of images. Also show mood and model pics there.
- Product descriptions can be heavily improved. Try to sell the benefit not the feature.
- Try to add an FAQ section which ease to solve potential customer doubts.
- Try adding add-to-cart button in "SHOP OUR RANGE" sections products.

First impressions really do count, and to that end I'd really concentrate on what visitors see above the fold when they visit your home page, so they don't leave immediately.
I think your hero section needs some work. Try using a lifestyle shot product image instead of the product shot, and write a hero message which is to the point, maybe "Making Golf Affordable". Also add a call to action button "Shop Now" in a contrasting colour to the rest of your site. CTA buttons should also be in contrasting colours throughout the site.
Also, you need to establish trust, so look at adding customer reviews, trust seals like "money-back guarantee, returns, SSL security, secure checkout, free exchanges, and 24/7 customer support".
Finally, your mobile page speed is not good. Approx. 60% of sales are made on mobile, and ifthe site doesn't load quickly you're missing out on sales as shoppers will leave.

1. Add CTA button on your hero banner
Hero banner is an effective position to navigate your visitors to your product pages and buy more products. Take advantage of this section and add a call to action (CTA) button. For example, you can add a CTA button such as “Discover more", “Shop Now" in the center of the section to direct your customers to your collection page.
2. Optimize items per row in the collection section
Even a single blank space in the product grid can disrupt the customer experience. Therefore, it is better to display this section with full items, without any blank spaces. For example, you can reduce the total number of items displayed per row to 4 collection items to ensure visibility.
3. Add Add-To-Cart button to this product list
Adding an "Add to Cart" (ATC) button below every product makes it easy for customers to purchase your products without any extra steps.
4. Add more at least 1-2 sections
To make your website more trustworthy, you should consider adding 1-2 sections to showcase your store, such as "Benefit" or a "Blogs" section. These sections will provide additional information about your store, helping to establish credibility and build trust with your visitors.
5. Get prepared for the upcoming shopping holiday events
This month is the perfect time for you to boost sales by conducting promotion campaigns when customers tend to consume more at the end of the year. To get the most of that, here are some recommendation that could help:
