How can I boost sales and traffic for my online clothing store?

Since 2020 i'm running my online shop, ever since i've been working every day at my business, focused more on improving the website. Still, not many sales and not so many traffic. I hope someone that reads this, can look into my webshop and let me know some tips or what the issue can be. Thank you already!

1. General

  • Announcement bar: I notice that you are using an announcement bar in your store. This bar can not only deliver messages, but also inform visitors about promotions, new stock alerts, or a specific product you’ve got on sale - all of these convincing value can increase FOMO effect and encourage customers to start purchasing.

2. Home page

  • Review hero banner: It’s important to help visitors understand what products you are selling right from the first section. You can show it via bespoke image, or your messages in heading and paragraph. At the moment, the hero banner does not clearly show a clothing store, which may risk increasing bounce rate on your store. I suggest you use an image that is more relevant to clothing, or using clothing-related content in your heading and paragraph.

  • Add Call-to-action button to product list: Having a Quick View and/or an Add To Cart button on each of your products will help encourage visitors to start purchasing - without the need to be redirected to product page.

  • Add more information to your home page: Visitors will only purchase on a store where they gain enough information to trust. Having more information can increase your trustworthiness, as well as increase Average Session Duration. You can consider adding:
  • Testimonials: Testimonials are social proof. Each testimonial is proof that a real customer has used your product, and is telling people how that experience went. They are providing first-hand proof of using your product from a third party, someone who doesn't gain anything from talking about it.

  • Features & Benefits: It’s not only important to describe what you do, but also why it matters. Visitors want to know about the benefits of buying from you. Keep the copy lightweight and easy to read, and speak the language of your customers

  • Make sure all text is legible: In the last section, it’s pretty hard to read the message in paragraph. I suggest you add a dark overlay onto the background image (with the opacity of around 25% - 50%) to make the text more visible

3. Collection page

  • Add collection suggestion at the bottom of your collection page: This gives visitors the option to narrow their search instead of getting lost in different collections, while you can highlight all collections that you want visitors to reach
