Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi I’m just looking for some feedback on my website and what I could do or change to generate more sales. Currently have only 1 sale and over 1,000 views on my website. Website link is belantti.org

Looking into your online store, I noticed that you are using an image as the first section on the online store. What do you think about making the first section on the homepage a slideshow section? It is a great way to showcase your products to your customers and visitors can learn more about the products and business without scrolling.
I did notice that you are using the announcement bar to inform your customers of any ongoing sales. You could potentially include a discount code to help create a buyer incentive.
I took note that you do not currently have a favicon set for your website. A favicon is a small square image that represents a website in web browser tabs. If you take a look at the top tab bar of your browser right now, I’m sure you’ll see several favicons!
Typically, favicons feature a logo, the first letter of the company name or simply an image that reflects the specifics of the website it represents. Adding a favicon to your online store can help strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. You can click on this link to read instructions on how to create and add your own favicon your store.
Keep in mind that these images are displayed quite small, so it's good to keep in mind that the image you use should be readable at small sizes.

Thanks for the quick response.
That is a great question! Depending on which theme you are using for your online store, you may be able to add it to your homepage.
Typically, you should be able to navigate to your Theme Editor by selecting Online store > Themes > Customize. Once you are editing your theme, select the option to Add section listed on the left side. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

Hello @Belantti I’ve got two major suggestions which I think could really help your store.
1) You should add links to the social media accounts of the business at the bottom of the homepage. This would allow customers to stay in touch with happenings in your store through various platforms.
2) A FAQ page would be helpful in addressing popular wonders customers might have in their head about your business.
