Hey @Mandycat4.

Thanks for reaching out.

This is a great question! You can get in touch with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner. I took some screenshots to assist you with the navigation.

Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center.

My company has been with Shopify for six months now, and we are still unable to open our store.  Tech "Support" is now completely useless. I have three other stores on my own, all working great, so it's not that I don't know what I'm doing.

We have been "chatting" with so-called "Tech Support" since JULY, and they have not been able to resolve our issue.

This move to "digital forward" support is a complete and total wank.  It is unacceptable.  COMPLETELY unacceptable.  Shopify used to have GREAT support. That's why I recommended you to this company.  Now I look like a total idiot.

I am looking at moving all four of these stores to another provider.  The longer it takes to fix this issue, the closer I will get to migrating ALL of my stores out of Shopify.

If you are too busy to talk to your own damn customers, then you need to freaking HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

FIX THIS, or you are going to lose market share to someone who will actually communicate effectively with their customers.

I don't expect anyone will respond to this either, I just had to get this off my chest.  And from reading the community posts, I see that I am very much not alone...

But, if you really DO care about your customers, someone will respond like a real human being, and talk to me about this.  I am not posting under the store that's the issue, so TALK TO ME about what's going on before you do anything.

OTOH, at this point, I expect nothing but crickets.  Prove me wrong... I dare you.
