How can I find the right theme for product alignment?

I am struggling to find right theme for my products.

This is website below is the ideal for me.

I want to explain the products like this I would like my products images to align in the centre.

Could you please let me know which theme I should select in order to customise my site like the above?

I want to show all products information in the centre so there is only 1 image in each row.

Currently, my site is showing all photos left side with text on the side.

Could you please advise me on which functions to use to acheive this look for the website?

I would suggest a free theme to use for your online store such as the Dawn theme. With that being said, you can View a demo store with the corresponding theme available on the Shopify Theme Store. This can provide you with an example of what you can change/edit with the theme. I took a screenshot of the option that I am referring to:
