I have made a few changes on my store in the past few days and the sales have almost doubled compared ro last months, however i still want to make even a few more improvements, the majority of my customers are from a mobile platform not web. I am grateful for any suggestions thank you!

I’m Theodore White from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
1. Redesign the header
As you can see in my screenshot below, there are many navigation buttons in the menu so they are divided into 2 rows while the spacing in the header is quite narrow. This might not be a good idea.
Instead, I believe that resizing the logo and placing them all in 1 row would be much better.
On mobile, you should avoid the side menu as it takes time to load & use, which is not convenient for users.
2. Product image hovering
You can consider adding the hovering effect of changing the product image to be applied for the product image only. When hovering over other parts, the image kept changing, and it was quite annoying to your users.
3. Align the buttons on the same row
It would help make your store outlook more professonial.
Also, please rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate. Currently, I noticed that some buttons have border-radius while others do not, so please recheck them.
4. Have an About Us page
It's great when you have an About Us page to tell your brand story and let users learn more about your business journey. It also helps with SEO!
As we approach Father's Day, now is the ideal time to boost your store's CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). I have some valuable suggestions that can enhance your store's performance, as follows:
- Provide exclusive discounts: Consider offering Limited-Time Promotions accompanied by a countdown timer. Emphasize the time-limited nature of these offers to create a sense of urgency, motivating customers to make a purchase for their fathers.
- Conduct Social Media Campaigns: Make use of your various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube) to generate captivating content, run targeted advertisements, and share compelling visuals and stories related to Father's Day.
