Feedback for your online store from the community
I am a new brand just launching my shopify not too long ago. I have been testing out Instgram and Tiktok ads. Today I've had a total on 371 sessions since Jan 3rd but no sales. Can you possibly take a look at my site and tell me what can be improved to convert?

I would like to give you some suggestions regarding your store here.
1. Consider adding a Home page link in the header menu.
While most users are probably aware that the logo is usually a Home link, certainly everyone doesn't.
2. Add favicon to your store which is a small square image/logo that appears next to a web address. Favicon helps to strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. See shopify help here
3. Make the header menu look more professional. Add links to other pages like Home, About Us, Contact Us etc.

Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
7. Create a Facebook account for your store. Having a Facebook Store is a great way to grow your business, allowing you to tap into new audiences and gain more customers.
8. Add a FAQ page to provide information on frequent questions or concerns
9. Make About Us more personal, likable, and believable so that, your prospects are more likely to be comfortable buying from you.
10. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
11. Add sorting feature in collection pages for changing the order of any product listing whereby users can choose which criteria they want the products to be listed by.
12. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
13. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
14. Add Blogging in the store

We're another new brand opening too! I looked at your website and it seems very professional. The only thing that would bother me as a buyer is the price, we usually as new brands or small businesses go for a 30-40% profit margin on our products. Also, you may not be using the right marketing strategy in your TikTok ads.

As an artist it takes so much time to draw, edit and design the items along with wanting to provide quality that I try to price it fairly on both sides but I honestly think that you may be right. I'll have to think about how I can adjust this.

1) Get some customer testimonials on the homepage. This helps build the trust people who visit your store would have in your products and services.
2) There is only a link to the Instagram account of your business. You should add for more social media platforms on there to cater for a wider range of customers.
3) Informing customers on the activities carried out by others helps to boost the conversion rate greatly. When customers get to know when others add a product to their cart or some other similar act, they will be more likely to do likewise and even make purchases.
