How can I improve customer experience in my new online store?

What is your honest opinion about our store, and what suggestions or feedback do you have that could help us improve the customer experience? I also received over 1000 sessions the past week but only got 10 orders.

 

we have recently updated the website and I was wondering if I could get your feedback it would very much be appreciated!

And I have some suggestions for improving your website.

1. Reduce the header size

 

Because you are using a Sticky header, please reduce the header height, because when you scroll the page, the sticky header takes up a lot of space on the page. You can reduce the white space in the header.

2. Highlight the Call to action button

The first 5-second impression is really important. Having a clear CTA button above the fold can encourage site visitors to take action.

3. Increase spacing between products

Your product thumbnails have quite a lot of text, so when they are placed close together, it makes it difficult for customers to observe. You should increase the spacing between products.

4. Align product price and highlight it

You should align the product price in a straight line. Increase its visibility by using a large font size (similar in size to the product headline), bold text style, or eye-catching color.

5. Set video auto-play

 

Auto-play videos can capture the attention of visitors as soon as they land on your page, potentially increasing engagement.

6. Prepare for Valentine Sales

As Valentine's Day approaches, seize the chance to boost sales. Your products make great gifts. Attract those searching for the perfect Valentine's gift with these simple strategies:

  • Create a Valentine's Gift Section. Make a special area in your store only for Valentine's gifts. Offer promotions such as 'two for one', couples' discounts, or exclusive pairs' sets. These offers will draw in shoppers seeking valuable gift options.
  • Add a countdown timer to your website. It will show time-sensitive Valentine's Day deals. This creates a feeling of urgency and can prompt customers to make swift purchases.

Hello,

 

  • For a newly created store, I think it's pretty good. I would even argue that maybe you have too many products because some of them will surely be unpopular.
  • I would personally not put "Guiding Millennials" in front of every product name.
  • Focus on marketing. Find your target audience and target your ads specifically to them.
  • For products like the ebooks that are also sold in other stores, you can use a review app like Platoria. It provides you with AI-generated summaries of real reviews from different stores. This will help you with social proof.
