  • Company story, established story
  • Company mission statement

2. Have a product list on your home page

Besides the collection section, the product list should allow customers to quickly grasp specific products your store offers, accompanied by short descriptions. Ensure your homepage clearly communicates what your store offers:

  • Use high-quality images and clear, concise text 
  • Use the product list section, consider titling the product list as "Best Seller Products" "XYZ Collection" showcasing products from the XYZ collection, or "Hot Sale Products." This approach will also enhance the section's attractiveness to viewers.

3. Add a hover effect for your product image

The hover effect can be known that you will have 2 images for 1 product. When the viewer moves on to the product image it automatically changes to the other image. With clothes products, you should make a hover effect following this note:

  • First image: you should use the original product image with a clean background. (Example white background). Remember that all images of your products on one page should have the same background template and size. It helps to improve your page display.
  • Second image: you should use the image of the model using that clothes product. That helps customers easier to imagine and have an overview look about your product.

4. Add a Testimonials section to your homepage to gain more trustworthiness

Testimonials are an essential component of any successful Shopify store. It provides social proof, builds credibility, and influences potential customers' purchasing decisions.

  • Hero section:

I love the idea of presenting your dynamic hero image in a slideshow. However, an optimal hero image should clearly convey what you offer, why customers trust you, and what actions they should take next. I believe it would be better to focus on representing your brand story to inspire customer trust here. Take a look at this example:

The "About Us" section allows you to connect with your audience more personally by sharing the story behind your brand. I suggest you might consider including some components such as Brand Story, Mission and Values, Sustainability Practices,...

  • Adđ Cart Icon:  I see your add-to-cart button does not include the cart icon. I recommend you should create a cart icon to encourage impulse purchases and streamline the user experience. So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.
