Testimonials are an essential component of any successful Shopify store. It provides social proof, builds credibility, and influences potential customers' purchasing decisions.
5. Cart Abandonment Strategy
Implement a cart abandonment email strategy to re-engage customers who leave without purchasing.
Consider exit-intent pop-ups offering a discount or free shipping to encourage users to complete the purchase.

I love the idea of presenting your dynamic hero image in a slideshow. However, an optimal hero image should clearly convey what you offer, why customers trust you, and what actions they should take next. I believe it would be better to focus on representing your brand story to inspire customer trust here. Take a look at this example:
The "About Us" section allows you to connect with your audience more personally by sharing the story behind your brand. I suggest you might consider including some components such as Brand Story, Mission and Values, Sustainability Practices,...

I noticed that your current homepage only features collections but lacks a product listing section. I recommend you place a product listing section alongside the collections to make it convenient for customers to browse and explore what they need. Adding testimonials to your home page is a good way to create a positive impression of your brand and help build credibility and trust. Look at this example below:
