Hello @vicsay
I have been checking out the store and everything seems to be fine so far. The only two things I noticed are that the store does not have an actual logo, but it appears only on the checkout page. Second, I noticed that the collection page is missing an H1 tag. Other than that, the rest of the store looks great.

Hi there @vicsay

My name is Garcia, a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist at PageFly. I've recently analyzed your store and identified some data-driven insights and best practices that can potentially improve your conversion rate.

1. Enhance Button Clarity with Hover Effects:

While your current buttons are visually appealing, incorporating hover states with a distinct background color will increase their interactive clarity. This subtle yet effective design element improves user experience by providing clear visual cues for user interaction and potential actions.

2. Build Trust and Credibility with Homepage Storytelling:

While your homepage boasts a clean aesthetic, consider strategically adding sections that foster trust and brand credibility. This could include:

  • About Us: Introduce your brand story, values, and team, fostering a personal connection with potential customers.

You can check PageFly premade template as an example:

  • Testimonials: Showcase positive customer experiences to build trust and social proof, influencing purchasing decisions.

  • Benefit Bar: Highlight key benefits your products offer, clearly communicating the value proposition to website visitors.

3. Leverage Social Proof for Increased Conversions:

Consider integrating your Instagram feed with the ability to directly link products displayed within the feed. This strategic placement streamlines the user journey, allowing visitors to seamlessly transition from discovery to purchase.

4. Prioritize Mobile Optimization for Improved Performance:

Page speed is a critical factor in mobile conversion rates. Based on Google PageSpeed Insight, the current mobile page speed of 45-57 falls below the recommended range.  Investing in mobile optimization techniques can significantly improve user experience and conversion rates.

By implementing these CRO-focused recommendations, you can expect to see a positive impact on user engagement, brand trust, and ultimately, your store's conversion rates.

Hi Vicsay,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

First of all, I just want to say your site looks great and I love your photography work!

I think you have a lot of suggestions based on website improvement already, so I am coming from a marketing angle. I think one thing to differentiate your business is to share your authentic adventure with your audience. I looked at your socials and your site, as well as your stories. I think it's best to show your personality through your business -- Victor and Maria the avid explorers. Showcase your journey, your adventures, and how you got to take these amazing pictures. You are not just selling prints, you are selling a story and a sense of adventure spirit. For your socials, instead of just showcasing some product photos, would be great if you can show videos of your journey, the making of the photos & prints, and who you two really are.

Once you have build out an audience, would be good to get feedback from them about what kind of home decore they are looking for, which country you should go next etc.

Hope this helps.

Hope this helps!

Hey @vicsay ,

I took a look at your website, and I have to say, it's really impressive! The layout is clean and user-friendly, and your collection of Aussie Wall Art is absolutely stunning. The vibrant colors and intricate designs truly capture the essence of Australia.

One thing you might want to consider is adding more variety to your product descriptions. Providing detailed descriptions can help customers understand what makes each piece unique and why they should consider purchasing it. Additionally, incorporating more high-quality images of your artwork displayed in different settings or rooms can help potential customers visualize how the pieces might enhance their own spaces, which can ultimately boost their confidence in making a purchase.

Another suggestion for enhancing your website is to consider adding a blog section. This would be a great platform for you to share stories about the inspiration behind your artwork, provide decorating tips, or even conduct interviews with local artists. Not only would this provide valuable content for your visitors, but it could also help improve your website's search engine optimization (SEO) and attract more organic traffic.

Furthermore, integrating a live chat feature could greatly benefit your website by offering visitors instant assistance and personalized recommendations. This could ultimately lead to higher conversion rates as customers receive the support they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

In terms of boosting sales and conversion rates, incorporating social proof elements into your website could be highly effective. Adding features such as customer reviews, testimonials, or a "best-selling" section can help build trust and credibility among potential buyers. When customers see that others are continually purchasing your products, it instills confidence in the quality and appeal of your artwork. As a suggestion, you might want to explore using the "Iconic Sales Pops" app to easily implement social proof features on your site.

Lastly, don't forget to optimize your website for mobile devices to ensure a seamless browsing experience for users on smartphones and tablets.
