Congratulations! I really like your store, it's simple, clear and pretty. I think merchant can easily find the information when they scan it. However, I think we can add somethings to improve it. Hope my suggestion below help to increase your sale:

 

1. For your Homepage

The hero banner on the homepage is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first. To do it, you can:

  • Add more choice on your menu: It can be your collections, your product's name or when I hover your menu, I can see many products here:

  • Show off more products on your hero banner so that the visitors can easily find more from your store and decide to explore more
  • Improve your Call to Action (CTA) buttons. The button on the hero banner should be your primary button of your page and you can add hover color for it

  • Add section about your brand story: It helps customers understand more about your business and also helps your store look more professional.
  • Add testimonial - customer reviews
    Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos. Besides, you can add blogs or reviews of your customer as testimonials. Here is an example of testimonials and unique points that are displayed on our page templates, you can refer more.

2. For your Product page

  • You should provide at least one "In Scale" image is crucial to help users understand the product's size
  • Show 3-5 images of product multiple angels help the merchants have a full understanding of a product is essential to users’ confidence in moving forward with purchasing. When they are unable to touch or understand of the product on a website, they may hesitate to order it, so your images will build their trust. Here is an example about Product detail:

  • Remind them about shipping policy and return policy: You have them on the footer but some customers might not see it. Under your product detail, you should remind them how they can easily checkout, get delivery or return in case. 

3. Don't miss out the upcoming holidays

It seems you've not prepare anything for the biggest sales seasons of the year, such as BFCM, Christmas,... This is an great opportunity for you to strategize and draw in more potential customers by offering competitive prices for the upcoming holiday sales. I have some ideas below:

  • Create a sale campaign: To live up your store, highlight your product, and upsell. You can choose to hold "Daily Exerciser Showcases", "Unbox & Win Contest" , "Santa's Secret Sale", "Spread the Joy: Buy One, Gift One" ...
  • Email marketing campaigns: Send out targeted email campaigns with personalized offers and reminders about your holiday promotions. Keep your subscribers updated with relevant content and exclusive deals. 
  • Add a countdown timer: To create a sense of urgency and encourage them to make the purchase now rather than later.  Here is an example that you easily can build from page builder app:
