Hey @Pradeep12 ,

This is Namit from One Day Design!
Your website has a clean look, so it is a great start.

Think about these things before making any changes:
1) Who is your ideal customer? (Who buys from you?)
2) Who are your competitors? If they do not buy from you, do they buy from someone else?

Another thing to note is that you are targeting a "luxury" category. So unless you already have a significant brand identity, it is essential to have a high-quality website.

Here is my feedback on headgearaudio.com -

Home Page:
Top Banner - "Elevate your sound experience": This is unnecessary.

Navigation: The navigation buttons themselves don't lead anywhere. Try taking these to collection pages with proper filters. Another thing to call out here is the empty image under adaptors.

I love the "New" and "Hot" Tags.

Hero Section: I would change this to be more customer-focused. At the risk of not knowing your business enough, something like - "Exotic Cables to experience audio nirvana."

CTA: Play around with something softer. Something like "Explore our collection." This leads to a 404 error.

Social Proof: This is extremely important to build trust.

Some other sections that could be relevant: Benefits Section, Reviews, Product Descriptions, Why you help?

Collections Page (This was missing for headgearaudio.com so switching to headgearaudio.in)
- Remove the option to change the view. This should be whatever option is best in the decision-making process. Three is perfect. (Having this here confuses and distracts the potential customer. It does not help with the sale)
- Filters should be permanent in the left bar. You have a lot of options, so add filters and make the process easy here. Remove out of stock filter
- Add Tags like "Store Recommended" if that makes sense

Product Page:
- The image change process should be clearer. Highlight the mini-image that is selected more clearly. (maybe a box border)
- Clean up the different options. Confusing for the buyer right now
- Add to cart and buy it now should be bigger

- Delivery and Return policies can be made clearer
- Add a bulleted highlights section for important features
- The description at the bottom is too crowded. You should reduce that and add more CTAs at the bottom

I recommend hiring a professional once you get over 1500 visitors on your page.

Data-Driven Approach:
- After making these changes, analyze user behavior using HotJar and Analytics. Note points of friction and make changes accordingly.

Hi @Pradeep12

Thank you for sharing your store here for some additional feedback! I can see that you have some great products. There is a lot of information though and it can be a bit overwhelming as a customer to easily find what they need.

You do have some broken links and your mega menu has some empty place holders as well. I do recommend doing an audit of the customer experience to ensure that customers can easily navigate to the products they want.

On the product pages I do recommend having at least a brief product details and summary of the item in the main part of the product page. The details below the the purchase options can be very long and too much for most customers to want to scroll through.

I also noticed on this product page that the main purchase option actually says "pre-order" as well as a Buy It Now button just below. If this product is a pre-order item only then I recommend creating a template for your pre-order items so that customers understand the delivery expectations of this item.

Hi @Pradeep12,

I’m Theodore White from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:

1. Have a favicon

A favicon adds a touch of professionalism and credibility to your website. It shows attention to detail and indicates that you have invested effort in creating a cohesive and polished user experience. This can positively impact how visitors perceive your website and brand.

2. Make sure the content is readable

As you can see, the heading on this hero banner has the same color as the product on the banner. So I think you should recheck this part and other parts to make sure the customers can read them well.

If possible, please make this section full-width as well.

3. The styling should be consistent

The CTA button on these banners has a different styling from the CTA button on the first hero banner.

Consistent styling plays a vital role in enhancing the user experience, establishing brand recognition, building trust, and guiding users toward desired actions. By maintaining a consistent visual identity and design throughout your website, you can positively impact CRO.

4. Highlight the CTA button

You should make the CTA button eye-catching as it's the key element that encourages users to make a purchase. As I captured below, the CTA is currently easily overlooked.

5. Missing content

Please recheck this part asap

With Father's Day coming to town, I have compiled valuable recommendations that can improve your store's performance and increase conversions during this festive period.

1. Provide exclusive deals: Utilize a countdown timer component to establish time-limited promotions. Emphasize the limited availability of these offers to create a sense of urgency, motivating customers to take action and make purchases for their fathers.

2. Revamp your website by adding Father's Day-themed elements such as banners, landing pages, and product showcases. Ensure that these sections contain keywords related to Father's Day. Optimize the product descriptions and images to highlight their suitability as gifts for Father's Day.

And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.

Cheers!
