Hi @dijion90,
This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.
Launching an online store is quite challenging, and you've done an impressive job. Drawing from my experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), I'd like to offer the following advice to enhance your conversion rates:
1. Adjust the header
From what I've noticed, two logos have been placed: one on the navigation bar and another within a section. To optimize the use of space, you can consider using just a single logo.
2. Check the favicon visibility
A favicon can make your store stand out and be memorable. But I'm unable to see your store's favicon from my end, even after checking in incognito mode. Could you please take a look?
3. About the product list section
This product list is missing the 'Add to Cart' button, which is really important for making shopping easy and quick. Adding this button means customers can put items in their cart right from this page, without having to go somewhere else, making it simpler to buy stuff and possibly leading to more sales.
4. Product details section
5. Transform the Instagram section into a Shoppable section
The posts on this are impressive. It would be beneficial to highlight these posts on your homepage by establishing a specific area for them and make them become shoppable. Apps such as VIBE and Instafeed allow for showcasing engaging Instagram content on your site, including posts and reels, with features to tag products in visuals, enabling direct shopping from the Instagram feed.
Like this:
6. Replace the trust badges section
Consider relocating the trust badge section to a more prominent position, ideally just below the hero banner (The first section). This placement will enhance its visibility, helping to build trust with visitors more effectively.
For my final suggestion, I've observed that your store's mobile experience could be improved. When checking on my phone, I found that many sections are excessively lengthy, making them hard to navigate and view comfortably.
These are all my suggestions, I hope that they are helpful for you.
Have a nice day!

Hi Dijion90,
This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App.
I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions:
There are simply too many types of products available in your store. If you are doing drop shipping, I would suggest splitting the categories up into individual stores, so your store looks more professional and suited for the purpose. Also helps with SEO too if you concentrate keywords into one category instead of so many.
At first glance, I thought it was a home decor store until a section for women's apparel came up.
Other suggestions:
Call to action button. Add some call-to-action buttons under your products on your landing page, as well as on your product page.
Testimonials. Try to showcase at least 5 testimonials on your site. Whether it's from friends and family, or your offline store customers. Having some social proof helps boost consumer confidence in your site.
Product reviews. Each of your products doesn't seem to have any testimonials so far, it would be good to have a review section (and get a few of your customers to write a few reviews for your best sellers) This helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
Improve SEO. Making sure your keywords are well placed and researched using keyword tools. Making sure that your site speed is good, and that your mobile experience is friendly. Also having influencers or other partners backlink to your site can help boost rating as well.
Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) When you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.
Hope this helps!

The Ultimate 12 Best Practices to Growing Your Shopify Store
Hi @dijion90 ,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - All-in-one Shopify Ticketing System App.
Overall, I think your page looks really great in term of designs and I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some recommendations to make it become a high-converting page.
1. Home Page:
Header Section: The current header image appears quite large and leaves significant empty space. Consider resizing the image to optimize space on the home page and allow for more essential content to be displayed prominently.
Add Testimonial: Incorporating customer testimonials on the home page can significantly enhance trust and credibility among potential buyers. Consider adding a section for testimonials to showcase positive feedback from satisfied customers. Take a look at this example below:
Image Optimization: I see some of your images appear disproportionately large, which can make the website appear cluttered and require excessive scrolling. I recommend you should resize all images for better display and ensure they are of high quality to maintain a professional appearance.
Product List: Your business offers a diverse range of home decoration products. Highlighting product options within each collection is crucial for enabling customers to easily find desired items on the homepage. Consider revising the layout of the product list, including short descriptions and pricing, for improved visibility and accessibility. Here's an example of how it could be presented:
2. Product Page:
3. Support
So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.
Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there's nowhere to ask and receiver answer.
If you want to find a FREE option for that, MooseDesk is a good choice. It's a customer service app/ticketing system that could help you do all the things I have suggested above.
