Hi @Thehumblelone ,
Congratulations on launching your store and welcome to the journey of commerce. We wish you all the best.
I went through the store and found that the store has almost everything that should be there on an e-commerce store. It is well designed and equipped with all the information. Below are few suggestions:-
1. Show the categories on the home page in a carousel instead of a list. Ideally 4 products at a time in slider would work.
2. Add a buy now button so the customers can directly go to the checkout instead of first adding it to the cart
3. Upload a well designed banner with the special offer on the products and redirect them to that particular collection instead of all collections.
4. Create urgency by using any app for "Few items left" or "X person are looking at this product right now".
5. Currently the FAQ menu takes me to the contact page, this should be updated.
Rest everything looks fine to get started with, over the period of time you can make use of other apps as well like upsell.
Cheers!!

Hi Ilovelol,
This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App.
I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions:
Instead of just displaying the brand logos -- perhaps writing "search by brand" is less misleading. Currently, this looks like they are your partners etc. Could call into the question of the legality of displaying their logos like this.
Instead of just new or used products, create categories that reflect what the products truly are -- headphones, home appliances etc.
For used products, its more informative if you can include an evaluation of the product. Ie. Grade AA (like new), Grade A (Very slightly used), Grade B (Used) etc. Also a candid photo of the used product would help too.
Finally a couple more suggestions:
Call to action button. Add some call-to-action buttons under your products on your landing page, as well as on your product page.
Testimonials. Try to showcase at least 5 testimonials on your site. Whether it's from friends and family, or your offline store customers. Having some social proof helps boost consumer confidence in your site.
Product reviews. Each of your products doesn't seem to have any testimonials so far, it would be good to have a review section (and get a few of your customers to write a few reviews for your best sellers) This helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
Improve SEO. Making sure your keywords are well placed and researched using keyword tools. Making sure that your site speed is good, and that your mobile experience is friendly. Also having influencers or other partners backlink to your site can help boost rating as well.
Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) When you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.
Hope this helps!
