Hi @Naveed5

Thank you for checking on my recommendations.

1. The availability of this feature depends on the settings of the theme you are currently using. You can reach out to the theme's support team to inquire about the possibility of custom coding to achieve this.

2. If custom coding is not an option, you may consider switching to a different theme.
Some themes provide product pages that have Media layout containing Thumbnails option, which is what you’ll want.

Below are two examples:

  • Product page of Craft (a Free theme):

PageFlyGarcia_0-1701679420714.png

  • Product page of Symmetry (a Paid theme):

PageFlyGarcia_1-1701679420695.png3. However, I would like to recommend an alternative approach, which is to utilize a page builder app such as GemPages, PageFly ... to build product detail section as the example here:

Hopefully, it’s clear for you now. Cheers!

Hi Naveed5,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase conversion rate:

1. Testimonials. Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page -- whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
2. Showing more on the homepage. This might be a stylistic choice, but I think showcasing some key products and your hottest sellers on the home page will help guide the buyers to want to check out more. Currently, your homepage doesn't tell much about your collection, and also without a top menu, it feels difficult to navigate.
3. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product.
4.  Adding a blog. It seems that you have a mission behind the concept of the store. Talking about your mission, posting tips and inspirations about streetwear, talking about culture etc could help draw in the right audience.
5. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) When you have some converting customers, ask them how they found out about your shop. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

Hope this helps!

The Ultimate 12 Best Practices to Growing Your Shopify Store

Hi @Naveed5

I’m Garcia, a CRO expert from PageFly - Advanced Page Builder app.

Your store looks really slick in design! Still, it can use some more improvements so here I’ll have some suggestions to elevate your storefront even further:

1. For the Homepage

  • Add more stuff: Currently, it looks incomplete. Consider adding more sections to your Homepage like Featured Products, Collections, Promos, Benefits, Testimonials and Newsletter. Also, it’s advised that you have a navigation bar visible at first glance, which includes key pages for your customers to access.

PageFlyGarcia_0-1701665950117.png

  • Sticky header while scrolling down: Your header is currently only sticky when visitors scroll up, which causes a rather uneasy experience. Consider making your header sticky as soon as visitors scroll below the fold.
  • Optimize announcement bars: Your store is having 2 announcement bars at once, which might be unnecessary. You can try putting the text of your 2nd bar (“Made for real men”) as a slogan next to your brand’s logo in the header below it.

As for the scrolling bar on top, consider not jamming too many sentences of text. Make them appear less frequently to have more breathing space. Also, this is the best place to be utilized for promos (more on that later).

  • Optimize hero banner: I noticed that your hero banner has slight movements, which is great as it adds liveliness to your store. However, the image itself might be a bit overwhelming since it includes 8 images at once. Consider having only one big image that highlights your products, or making a background video showcasing the products if you want to maintain that liveliness. Here’s a good example for it:

Additionally, you’ll need to re-configure your heading text for the hero banner. I suggest replacing “Shop all” with a memorable catchphrase like “Men’s wears that make you go ‘Oh, man!’” (just an example), along with a brief description of what to expect in your store.

  • Optimize CTA buttons: Consider using different wordings for these two buttons, like “Shop now!” and “Learn more”.

PageFlyGarcia_3-1701665950694.png2. For the Collection page

  • Add color swatches: For each product in the Collection page, consider adding color swatches that indicate every color variant of that product.

PageFlyGarcia_4-1701665951110.png

  • Add customers’ ratings: Right below the price, you can also add customers’ ratings of that product to increase trustability.

3. For the Product page

  • Display color swatches instead of text: When you show swatches in color, your visitors will have an idea of what exact color of the product they’re getting. Plain texts won’t do much in terms of describing the product variants.

PageFlyGarcia_5-1701665950259.png

  • Display 1 big main image and 3-5 smaller secondary images: This is to ensure that which image is prominent and best displays the product itself. Secondary images displayed as smaller thumbnails below it will serve as additional references (product’s different variants, product of different angles, etc.)

Here’s a product page from one of our example templates:

PageFlyGarcia_6-1701665950477.png

  • Add customers’ reviews: Consider having customers’ reviews as a standalone section below your product details so that your store easily gain trust from visitors.

4. Christmas - the golden opportunity

Online traffic on holiday seasons skyrockets for obvious reasons, and your sales will too, if you utilize these times of year to the max. Consider performing these practices to get the most out of the nearest upcoming holiday - Christmas:

  • Utilize the announcement bar for promos: As I mentioned before, this is where you show what’s the best your store is offering. So make full use of this area to announce holiday promotions, both for texts and design (Christmas-themed banner).
  • Have a branded, Christmas-themed discount code: Everyone loves discounts, so make a memorable one at that, too. I suggest creating a discount code like URBANEXMAS10.
  • Add a promotional holiday banner: Target right at the 70% of the screen where your visitors see as they enter your store. Create a holiday banner with a great CTA and a discount timer that goes along with your current hero banner, so that your visitors can enjoy your seasonal offerings right off the bat.

Here’s an example template of ours to help you get a clue:

Hi @PageFly-Garcia,

I saw your tip in regards to point 3 (my product page). You said to have one big picture and the rest should be small. I would love to do that but i do not know how to. Please help me with that
