4. Transform OUR VARIETIES section to a shoppable section

I'm really fond of the image in the OUR VARIETIES section, and it's possible to turn this into a shoppable section with the help of some Instagram feed apps like VIBE or InstaFeed. It would be a good strategy to dedicate a specific section on your homepage to showcase these posts. By using apps like VIBE or InstaFeed, you can seamlessly integrate social media content into your online store. This approach not only makes your store stand out to customers but could also lead to higher sales in the future.

5.  Review section

Customers are highly influenced by visuals, especially when it comes to clothing.  In this section, consider including images alongside all the reviews.  This will allow potential customers to see how the clothing looks on real people, giving them a better sense of fit, style, and overall look.  Images can significantly increase engagement and trust in your products.

6. Newsletter section

Ensure you offer benefits that create a win-win situation for the customer. Utilize compelling phrases such as "up to 20% discount" to encourage newsletter subscriptions.

Additionally, incorporating a prominent Call-to-Action (CTA) button can encourage visitors to take immediate action. Refer to the example below for inspiration:

  • Featured Products Section: The featured product section serves as a showcase for highlighting specific items that are either new arrivals, best sellers, or promotional offerings. I recommend you should add a clear and attention-grabbing heading to drive more attention, for example "Featured Products" or "Must-Have Selections".  In addition, consider using a grid layout or carousel to showcase multiple products without overwhelming the user. Minimize whitespace between products can help you create a cohesive and polished look for your site

  • Best Selling Collection: Ensure that the products in the best selling collection are presented with high-quality images that accurately represent the items. You should make the discounted items stand out visually to capture users' attention.  Moreover, don't forget to include a clear and prominent CTA button that prompts users to take action, such as "Shop Now" or "View Details." Ensure that the CTA buttons are visually distinct and easily clickable to encourage interaction. Take a look at this example below:

  • Add Customer Reviews: Enhancing the review section with a clear heading can improve organization and readability. Here are some suggested headings for the review section:

    • Customer Testimonials
    • What Our Customers Say
    • Hear from Our Happy Customers

    Additionally, customize the review section by incorporating more images can help increase credibility and engagement for your business

2. Product Page:

 

  • Detailed Product Information: In addition to product descriptions, providing more details such as size guides, care guides, materials, and payment options will help customers make informed decisions and reduce the likelihood of returns due to size or material issues.

  • Add Cart Icon:  I see your add-to-cart button does not include the cart icon. I recommend you should create a cart icon to encourage impulse purchases and streamline the user experience. It also enhances customer satisfaction by clearly indicating which products have been successfully added to the cart.

3. Support

 

So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.

Sticky header is recommended, as it makes it easy for the user to directly jump to the menu at any point of time while they are navigating through the Site. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:

 

  1. The default search landing page is a bit off, I mean it's empty. You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solutions.
  2. Add a live chat option on the website.
  3. Taking someone to the cart is a challenge. So to make them buy from your site, add a longer product description as it leads to better SEO ranking in Google search. Ref article from Shopify.
  4. Put "Secured and trusted checkout with" in your footer.
  5. If you have high traffic, at least we can capture their interest and send them emails/notifications later. You can use tools like Pushowl, Pushcrew, etc to set up website notifications. It will help you run campaigns later.
  6. Expand your social media promotions and attach those social links to the icons on footer menu. Make sure that social links open on new tab.
  7. Finally, I would also recommend you to try Sparq product filters and search to replace the default search on your store, this app allows advanced custom tag product filters for collection pages, synonyms, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with the search are high-intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users. Check out the features live here.
