Feedback for your online store from the community
Hello Everyone, I would like to get some store feedback as its been around a month time since my website launched but there is no sale yet. Although, I am running some Facebook ads, which are helping to bring some traffic and last week sessions were gone up to around 2000 but no conversion into sale Stuffs 4 Newborns. @Farazhk I have a couple of tips I think could help boost your store even further. I use the word “further” because your store as it is, is already quite impressive if I must say.
1) Add links to your Twitter and Tik Tok accounts on the homepage. I think these two are as important to your brand as the Instagram one because they deal with the written and visual aspects of advertising to the largest degrees.
2) A great way to boost sales of various products at the same time is by bundling products together to sell at one joint price. The Bundler- Product Bundles App would be massively helpful with this. For example, you can easily bundle together some little baby toys along with some baby diapers at the price of one product with the aid of this app. Your task would be just to think of what products work best when matched and the app would take over from there. If mean FB and instagram, Then yes, I have them. I am running ads and Posts on both of them.

1. Check pagespeed for your store:
According to the Google Pagespeed Insights, the pagespeed of your homepage is 22 for mobile and 63 for desktop. This score is quite low for a page. If your stores have a low loading time, then your visitors won’t stick around and they will bounce. Stated differently, if your stores have a longer time checkout, your customers can give up. Pages load slowly gives people more time to change their minds.

2. Homepage
2.1 Make the Search field more obvious
The search field must be immediately obvious to the user on the homepage, which typically requires increasing its visual dominance on the homepage and then subduing it slightly on other pages
2.2 Show a highlighted product or the best seller product
Showing a highlighted product or best seller product will help to boost sales for this product.
2.3 Show social media (optional)
The homepage now is showing the Instagram icon. Instead of using the icon only, you can show the media from your Instagram to boost sales.
You can try the Instafeed by SocialWidget or Instafeed | Instagram Feed app.
2.4 Add the benefit bar above the fold (optional)
3. Collection page - Use Load more instead of pagination
4. Product page - Use color swatches for products
With products that have color variants, you can consider using Color swatches instead of the drop down option. This will make your store look more professional and can gain more interest from customers to the products.

1. Personalize your discounts and deals
You can offer sales, discounts or special deals to your female customers to make them feel more valued in IWD!

You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos. Additionally, featuring women's portraits with their testimonials would make it even more engaging.
3. Spotlights female staff
This can be a great way to enhance your brand presence as a brand that supports equality for women. You can even promote your own business if it’s women-owned as it is probably a golden opportunity for you to receive the support and promotion from others.

We dived into your site and see some good works you do for your site. However, we notice a few things you may want to change to create a better customers experience and boost your sales.
1. Currencies converter:
It's great to see you have the currencies converter here. To make it better, try to add all the flags for each currency.
2. Products sections:
- It'd be better if you can make all your products image in the same size.
- With the price, it would be better if you can remove the "From" and make it at the exact price you want to sell, this won't confuse the customers. Besides, you can make the price more attractive by highlight it.
- Add a CTA button like "Buy now" under each products also a good way to appeal customers and increase the chance of likelihood to purchase, make sure you highlight it to make it looks clickable.
3. Products page:
Everything is great here except when we check the color, as you can see, the picture is not match with the colors chosen.
