Hi @Lillyatpeace

Garcia from the landing page builder app PageFly here!

Congratulations on your store! I have some suggestions that might help your store look more professional and increase your conversion rate (CRO).

1. Highlight the CTA button

"Add to Cart" buttons should have unique styling to differentiate them from other buttons, ensuring they are easily identifiable and consistently styled across the site

PageFlyGarcia_0-1701225826657.png

The color and styling of a button, including its prominence and placement, play a significant role in conversions. While there's no single "perfect" color, it's crucial that the primary button stands out among other buttons on a page.

2. Use Swatches to show Color Differences

Currently, when showing the color difference of your product you are using a list of text, and that can cause limitation slow down product exploration and add friction to the search process, making it more cumbersome for users to find suitable products.

PageFlyGarcia_1-1701225877305.pngImplementing color variations as swatches rather than text or not noting them at all makes it easier for users to notice and discern different color options.

PageFlyGarcia_2-1701227132103.png3. Add testimonial to build trust

Testimonials provide social proof, showing that other customers have had positive experiences with the product or service. This can reassure new customers, reduce their uncertainty, and influence their decision to purchase.

Overall, featuring testimonials is an effective way to build credibility and trust, ultimately contributing to higher conversion rates.

4. Edit product description

We avoid setting up product images in that manner because it negatively impacts customers' viewing experience, which can then affect user experience (UX) and conversion rates.

PageFlyGarcia_4-1701227180925.png

You might want to consider minimizing this, or using a drop-down list. When a customer clicks on it, a pop-up description will appear.

5. Make use of holiday season

You can try:

  • 12 Days of Christmas Deals: Offer a different deal or discount each day on select clothing items leading up to Christmas. This can create excitement and encourage repeat visits to your store.
  • Holiday-Themed Fashion Show: Host a fashion show featuring your clothing line styled for the holiday season. This can be an in-store event or a virtual one on social media platforms.
  • Festive Photo Contest: Encourage customers to share photos wearing your clothes in a festive setting. Offer prizes for the most creative, stylish, or humorous entries.
  • Gift Wrapping Service: Provide complimentary gift wrapping for clothing purchases during the Christmas season, adding a special touch for gift buyers.

PageFlyGarcia_6-1701227210329.pngThese ideas can help create a festive atmosphere, engage customers, and boost sales during the holiday season.

And that's my perspective. However, to determine what works best for their specific audience and products,  you should consider best practices and conduct their own user testing. Prioritizing user experience is crucial for e-commerce success.

Hopefully, this approach will increase your conversion rate.

Cheers!

Hi Lilyatpeace,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

Congratulations on your new store and immediately getting some sales! I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase conversion rate:

1. Testimonials. Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page -- whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
2. Adding more to your home page. Your home page is your "prime real estate". I would suggest adding some best sellers with call to action button, testimonials, an Instagram feed (if you have one) & your mission + philanthropy efforts so customers immediately know who you are and what you stand for as soon as they enter your store.
3. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product on your catalog.
4.  Adding a blog. Talk about fashion, your concept, your philanthropy efforts. This can help improve your site SEO and bring in the right audience.
5. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) Ask where your converting customers are coming from. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

Hope this helps!
