Hi I am new to Shopify
I have been busy trying to add items to the plan I have which is the standard online store where I can hopefully sell on social media. I just need some professional shopifiers to take a look at the store and give me some feedback ?

1. Regarding to the chat support, I see your concern, especially with personalized items where communication is crucial. You can try to add contact form (built-in feature in Shopify) or app Shopify inbox (it is a Shopify app too and it is totally free)...
2. About the collections, you can archive that by page builder app, most of them have free plan such as PageFly, Gempages, ...

regarding collections I can not get them because I am only on a standard plan
the chat would be good but not sure how I do that as alot of my items are personalised where we need to chat
could you suggest how I do this ? Again I am only on a standard plan so probs can not achieve this
