Hey everyone,

I've been following this community for a while now, and I'm so grateful for all the advice and support that you've shared. It's been a wild ride the past few months as I've created a new product, built my first brand, and launched my webshop.

If you have a chance, I'd love to hear your feedback on my website: https://open-your-mind.com/

Thanks in advance!

It's better than most sites I've seen in the forums. Here's how you could improve the product page:

- install a review app if you haven't already

- add social proof (reviews and testimonials) if possible

- add payment icons under add to cart button instead of the footer

- add more trust seals (money-back guarantee, ssl secure, secure checkout)

- organize product information inside an accordion

- add three-step journey

- add FAQ section

Let me know if you need help with this. Here's an example of a high-converting product page I recently created: https://youtu.be/jdJj9xDoslc?si=tzMxcXOgycbTZxC-

First of all, I like the look of your store! Have you thought of asking your customers for feedback for improvement?

Gojiberry is a free to use survey & feedback app that might just fit what you are looking for! Our survey appears on the check-out page — the responses are then collected into our analytical dashboard to give you good insights. You can use our 5-seconds test feature to gather design feedback directly from your customers. Also you can award your customers with points/coupons to thank them for participation and keep them coming back to your store.

Hey there! Congrats on your store, it looks very classy! The first thing that I noticed when landing on your store is that the navigation menu is almost missing. I would recommend adding more pages to the menu like the one that you have in the footer.

Also, I would recommend adding a review section somewhere in the home page. It is always good for your customers to see a feedback from other clients. The other thing the I am suggesting is to add more social media accounts to the footer section, and may be in the header. On social media people can also leave their feedback, and you will be able to promote your items, sharing some discounts and etc. As the BFCM is just around the corner you have to be prepared if you plan to offer some exclusive deals to your customers.

Hope that this would help 🙂

Hi @OpenYourMind ,

This is Kate from PageFly, - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.

I see your page is nice and elegant. It's evident that you've invested time and effort into making it visually appealing and functional. Well done!

From my experience, I have some feedback to improve your store.

1. Style Product price to be highly visible

Increase its visibility by using a large font size (similar in size to the product headline), bold text style, or eye-catching color.

2. Add testimonial - customer reviews

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online.

You can check this image for reference:

3. Align section in product page

I recommend you to align this section to center, because currently it has a big blank space on the right

3. Get ready for holiday season

As the holiday season approaches, and with many businesses already gearing up for festivities like Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) and Halloween, your products align seamlessly with this festive period. I strongly encourage you to implement these suggestions to maximize your success during these celebrations:

  • Festive website design: Update your website with a festive theme that reflects the holiday spirit. Add seasonal graphics, banners, and colors to create an inviting and celebratory atmosphere for visitors.
  • Holiday specials and offers: Ofer exclusive holiday promotions, discounts, or special deals to entice customers. Highlight these offers prominently on your website to catch the attention of potential buyers.

That’s all of my feedback. Hope it helps to increase your conversion rate.

Cheers,

Kate | PageFly Team

Hey, @OpenYourMind. Congratulations on launching your store! Creating a product and building a brand take a lot of work, and I admire your determination to get this up and running.

You've done a great job with the store design. It's easy to navigate, the FAQ is formatted well, and the product photos clearly indicate what the customer will receive.

I'd love to see a photo or two on the About us page. You can include photos of you (and your team, if applicable), and/or photos of your product, office, warehouse, etc. Photos that give customers a glimpse into the business can help them feel more connected to your brand.

My only other suggestion for now is customizing your refund policy. The policy template covers all sorts of products that you might not sell (food, beauty products, hazardous materials, etc.), so it might make more sense for you to remove that list and only include the information specific to your business.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @OpenYourMind, the app Exit Poll may be able to help you as it allows customers to leave feeback on your store just before they leave it!

It's super easy to setup and start collecting submissions so is worth a try. It was also made by myself so if there are any features or things you'd like from it I am all ears!

Best,

Rob
